I ordered a Grand Seiko at about 80% RRP. I knew I had to wait a few weeks, which was fine. My watch arrived within a few weeks and communication throughout was good. It was well-packaged, and came complete with dealer stamp, box, papers etc. I will be buying from Watches of Mayfair again.

If you look for a perfect opportunity to buy a luxury watch, don't look any further than Watches of Mayfair! I’ve been meaning to make this review for a while but have been busy so apologies to Matthew Brown.

I purchased my omega aqua terra terracotta dial on November 4th 2024. In the weeks prior to that I was in email contact with Matthew was very helpful and informative, and didn’t shy away from using the phone to contact me as well.

I elected to pick up the watch from the store in London and as per policy I had to pay a deposit to secure the watch. The deposit link was sent via email and I had no technical issues at all, and Matthew confirmed to me via email that the deposit went through successfully.

On the day of pick up Matthew was a delight to deal with and was very honest and clear with the offering, and discussed about other watches they had available. He presented me with the watch and was exactly as described and was immaculate. He re-sized it for me in the store which was also convenient.

Initially I was weary as I had not used a store like this to purchase watches but the experience was faultless. Matthew was a DELIGHT to deal with and the customer service was brilliant.

I have had the watch for just over 6 months and have had no issues, the watch is incredibly accurate and gets a lot of attention. Thank you Matthew for helping me source my birthday gift.

I'd been browsing the Watches of Mayfair website for a while, half researching my next timepiece and half just looking at the impressive range of brands and pieces.

Having decided on a Grand Seiko for the next addition to my collection, I contacted Watches of Mayfair indicating the watches that I was interested in. Matt contacted me shortly after, informing me which pieces he had in stock at the London boutique and invited me to visit the boutique and view the watches.

A week later I found myself in the Watches of Mayfair London boutique, while Matt brought me myriad Grand Seiko pieces to compare and try on. He must have spent a couple of hours with me as we chatted about the watches in front of us and watchmaking in general.

When I finally made a decision - the Grand Seiko White Birch Hi-Beat really must be seen to be truly appreciated - he fitted the watch to me, removing links and half-links until I was happy with the fit. He even removed a link from the Rolex Submariner I was wearing, which was a bit loose on my wrist.

For me, the experience of buying a piece from Watches of Mayfair was exemplary - the watches were presented beautifully, Matt's knowledge of the pieces was impressive, and then there's the compelling pricing.

I will definitely be buying from Watches of Mayfair again, and would recommend them to anyone considering a new luxury watch.

Excellent customer service from Watches of Mayfair. After some initial email correspondence with Matthew to help narrow down my watch choice, with some helpful suggestions from him of other watches to consider. I order a Tag Heuer at a very competitive price. Went into the boutique to pick up the watch once it had arrived so that it could be sized correctly. Would highly recommend Watches of Mayfair and would certainly use again for another watch purchase.

I decided to purchase my first luxury watch for achieving a personal milestone of becoming a chartered engineer. I came across Watches of Mayfair through numerous online searches and looking at reviews like this one, pulled the trigger and made the purchase through their online website. After ordering I emailed to get an expected delivery time, and received a quick response, the watch was delivered in around 4 working days. For this I am glad I purchased from a UK grey dealer. Although for this watch, new, listings are slightly better priced from Japan on Chrono24 I'd have an anxiety meltdown having to wait weeks on end for delivery.

Here is where i really appreciate the service from Watches of Mayfair. Right after receiving the watch, i tried activating the warranty on Tag Heuer's website. Initially the website did not recognise the serial number on the watch and i immediately felt duped. Novice buyer here. I emailed Watches of Mayfair about the issue and get advice on how i can authenticate my watch. Later that day, Matt responded with a call to reassure me that the watch came from an approved dealer and that the reason for the serial number not being recognised is the AD not yet activating the international warranty.

The next day, i received a Whatsapp message from Matt that the AD had since resolved the issue. I did the check online and my watch was registered and with the delayed activation I got an extra day warranty free. Great communication post purchase.

Long review to say I am very happy with the service and should I be lucky enough to progress further in my career, will definitely come back here to celebrate again.

I recently bought my first ever luxury watch from Watches of Mayfair. I had excellent contact from Matthew from start to finish. He explained the manufacturer’s warranty, which was a few months into the 5 year, but the price reflected that.
I did send wrist measurements and a few links were removed for me. Unfortunately it wasn’t spot on but that’s the chance you take with a remote purchase, but this is no fault of the Matthew. Whilst next day delivery was promised, I requested that the delivery date was changed to ensure I was in to receive the watch and that worked fine.
The watch itself is as described – basically new – and I am very much enjoying the purchase.

I bought a watch for my sons birthday and was so impressed with the service from Watches of Mayfair that when I was choosing a watch for a BIG birthday coming up for me I pointed my wife in that direction. The first came next day but there was a little wait for the second watch but still arrived earlier than expected.
