I have purchased several watches over the years (maybe too many!) from various retailers both in-store and online, the experience I had with Watches of Mayfair was one of the best if not the best experience so far, every part of the order process from ordering to payment and delivery was perfect.

I had a very positive experience with this company.

Highly recommended - purchased a new watch using them for the first time, and the service was exemplary. Main reason for using them was actually the really competitive price - but the service was second to none - kept fully up to date with timings / delivery dates throughout the sales process

Timely and accurate with spot on description

Fantastic experience. Watches of Mayfair had the exact model of watch I wanted, but also £800 cheaper than other retailers. This was a brand new watch, with all packaging, documentation and warranty.

They are my go to retailer when I start looking for my next watch.

Excellent service from enquiry to purchase, Matt was brilliant, very personable and listened to what we wanted and met our requirements exactly.

Physical store exquisite and boutique and the value for money cannot be beaten.

We would have rated as a five, if we had been offered a drink preferably bubbles but any drink would have done. It takes time to purchase as the experience is exceptional, so a drink would have rounded the experience off.

Would recommend and will definitely use again

First time I ordered this authentic Montblanc watch from Watches of Mayfair. It has been a few weeks now and is very accurate unlike those ones from the grey market running either fast or slow. The watch comes with original warranty and the service was excellent. Thanks again Emma for your help.

I had a fantastic experience buying my Omega watch online from Watches of Mayfair. The price was extremely competitive compared to rivals and my watch arrived extremely well packaged by courier next day, within 28 Hours of ordering.

The watch is pristine bearing all correct manufacturer stickers and the full 5 year Omega warranty and documentation is present and correct. I was called by Matt from WoM who offered to resize the bracelet prior to despatch, which I gratefully accepted, so the watch arrived ready to wear.

I can’t praise Watches of Mayfair enough. They sell expensive, luxury items and I feel their service matches and enhances the experience. Very highly recommended.

I must say that he went the extra mile for me by providing regular updates, photos and arranging the appointment to collect it.
