I recently visited the store and was very impressed with the quality of the watches, and friendly staff. After returning home, I decided to purchase a watch online and the whole experience has been fantastic.
The communication was great, the packaging excellent, and most importantly the watch is in as new condition.

Fantastic watch & service
I was recommended Watches of Whitby by my stepson, who really knows his watches. I purchased a Rolex Explorer 2, and from start to finish I cant fault the service or the watch, which was better than described. It arrived on the requested date and packaged perfectly. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company, and will most certainly use them again.

I bought my first Rolex on the 20th September from here and I can not thank them enough. From my initial email regarding a part exchange the communication was outstanding, responses were quick and an appointment made for the following week.
All the staff in the shop were very welcoming and knowledgeable on the day and they couldn’t have done more. Highly recommended place and I’ll certainly be using them again when I’m ready to upgrade or buy another. Thank you.

I've emailed WoW a few times prior to purchasing and found them to be excellent in terms of responses. I will definitely be visiting them again for future purchases.

Did my due diligence, having not ordered from WoW before, and placed my order on line. Following a phone call to confirm delivery arrangements the watch arrived the very next day and was extremely well packaged. Purchased a Submariner 116610LN. The condition was exactly as described. I placed the order and was called an hour later to arrange a delivery date to suit me. The watch arrived the next day, beautifully packaged with some extra goodies thrown in. Overall a 5 star experience and I would not hesitate to recommend.

Spotted a watch I liked in my local Pawnbrokers and contacted Leanne who I met a few months previously on a visit to Whitby and found very friendly, honest and helpful, to learn a bit more about the particular model. Bizarrely she had the same watch in stock and a deal was done. Drove over to pick it up and found it to be exactly as described.
Great service from Leanne, Paula and Mel. Already got my eye on another watch I spotted whilst there.
