Whilst on holiday , I was informed that the watch I had been looking for for a while was available at Watches of Whitby . Immediately going online , I saw that the watch was in superb condition and was only a few months old. I took advantage of their deposit option to take if off the sales list , and then paid in full upon return to the UK. Today ,I travelled to Whitby itself and met the staff instore .They were absolutely brilliant with me ,so approachable , friendly and knowledgeable . I was so impressed with the service , that they are now looking out for another watch for me . I can only , highly recommend this store as my whole experience was superb .

I’ve bought and sold a few watches over the years from Watches of Whitby and it’s always a first class service, lovely friendly staff and all the watches they sell are fantastic condition, the shop itself self is also a nice place to buy a luxury Watch from 10/10 highly recommend.

Initially my postal entry was not acknowledged, subject to a negative review Whitby watches contacted me to resolve this and assured me that this entry would be accepted on this draw. They have advised they will provide me with my draw number in the next 3 days…watch this space.

Very easy to deal with over the phone, a friendly and efficient service. My watch arrived via recorded delivery and was exactly as it had been advertised online.

Finally treated my self to a Rolex Submariner. The watch I always wanted. Had my eye on WoW website, example came up. Called, questions answered.

Decided I wanted it. Paid my deposit and went over following day, to see. All exactly as advertised, watch beautiful, very friendly, knowledgeable staff.

I had been after a particular watch for some time and when one became available on WoW's website I had it held on deposit and made the journey to Whitby to try it on in person. The sales team were very helpful, the watch was exactly as described and the price was right - sale!!
However, overnight the watch presented a fault - one which neither WoW nor I could have anticipated - and I returned to the shop to discuss this: and here is where the 5 stars come in.
The watch was examined and we agreed there was a fault. There was no suitable replacement in stock (pre owned = reliance on ad hoc availability) and WoW immediately arranged a refund. Obviously we were all disappointed but WoW's professionalism eased the situation and even though I was returning the watch I was treated with courtesy.
Good service is not just about when things go well, it's about how problems are resolved and WoW acted impeccably.
I can recommend WoW as an excellent service provider; and I would be very happy to buy from them again should "the watch" come up.

Another cracking watch purchase from Alex at W of W. Immaculate condition, great communication and a quick safe delivery. Will certainly be back at some stage for another in 2025

A really enjoyable experience.
I was looking for a more dressier watch than my current one, so contacted them via phone to discuss a part exchange. Everything was explained, an estimate given subject to inspection and really straight forward process. I was throughly impressed from start to finish and will definitely be back for my next watch.

The most unprofessional watch shop I have visited. Underhanded old school sales tactics. You should avoid

Pictures of the watch for sale were sent to the shop and a price was agreed. Immediately before asking the specifics of the deal your staff told me money would be knocked off due to a mark on the case (this mark is shown in the photo provided prior to agreeing the price)
Then inspecting the glass with a loom and telling me of further damage to which I couldn’t see. Your way of buying watches is to offer a fair price and hack it down after customers travel to the shop. As stated to you in a previous message your way of doing business (purchases in this case) is not professional
