Still waiting for my payment
I sold my Rolex Milgauss on May 16th in exchange of a Rolex Explorer II (Ref. 16570) and to this day (June 16th), I am still waiting for the payment.
Eventually, I returned the 16570 because it came with a non-Rolex aftermarket Sapphire Cristal.

Great experience
This was already my second experience with Watchfinder and I was again very satisfied not just with the watch itself but with the approach of the personnel which was very friendly and helpful. This time my desired watch has been sent from US to boutique in Zurich, however it took only few days from reservation till the day I went to pick up the watch. I can only recommend purchase at watchfinder and I do expect to buy my next watch with Watchfinder again :-)

beware and check with your own eyes!
sales clerk was nice. issue is that the watch I wanted to buy even I asked from the start if there were visible scratches I was promised that the watch was in mint condition and the pictures I received looked goo. however unfortunately when I checked with my own eyes I saw two prominent scratches on the back and one in front, since its a ceramic case the watch cannot be recoated so super important and therefore very important and this scratch should have been already mentioned on the website. the service after and the reply of the person in charge of the service team completely destroyed my confidence (its a second hand watch and these kind of scratches are normal etc.) which I cannot agree therefore I canceled and had unfortunately a very bad experience...

Very trustworthy and excellent service
Saw the watch on watchfinder - emailed about it and arranged to visit Zurich to go get it. I was recommended to put a deposit down for it but I declined. However when I went there to pick up the watch and pay, turns out the seller had refused 3 other offers for the watch in favour of me as I asked first. I was really impressed by this considering I had not put a deposit down. Watch is stunning and with all relevant papers etc.
