It started off a bit rocky, when I sent my enquiry about selling my watch they said that they couldn´t take it in but a few days later they sent me an email and now they wanted to buy it. So I sent my watch to the French team and then I got another email saying that someone has made a mistake and that they must send the watch back or I can excange it. I got a small discount, for thier mistake and when I found a watch (Tudor Black Bay 58 Blue) it all went smoothly and I got great customer service and the shipping was fast, from France to Sweden

Fantastic experience from start to finish. I found my perfect watch (Breitling Colt Automatic 44) and traded my two Tag Heuers and some euros for it. Everything was straightforward. Sent both my watches free of charge via DHL, received a fair price of 2,000 euros in credit then simply paid the difference. My Breitling arrived shortly afterwards in perfect condition. I could not be happier.

My Tudor 1926 is in great condition and I reckon must be operating close to "COSC". It is losing +/- 4secs per day; it arrived with full original box and papers (virtually brand new). I needed an extra link or two for the bracelet and this was supplied very quickly and without fuss.
The only reason that I didn't give 5 stars was my mistrust of DHL as the carrier.
I have had a lot of problems with DHL in the past but, this time all went very well and the only problem was that I dealt with Paris (to pay in euros) but I had to wait for the watch to be sent to Paris from UK!!! I expected the watch to already be at Paris once I had paid!!!

i both more then 1 watch, in the years, I was always a happy customers... today I-m not.... try to part exchage with a watch wort almost 15000 euro.....the say after inspection.... first estamation 7000/7500 euro...... your kidding..... I felt I was being taken for a ride, it almost seems as if those who want to sell have an extreme need for money, that without them, they can't feed their families, plus having proposed the watch as a basis for exchange... they would have made their profit on the 3 watches I wanted.... I can understand that they would have offered me something less, perhaps with a difference to be added, on my part.... but to offer me half the value...is a mockery and as such.... this is the consequence of my not positive review, yes I was a customer first, very satisfied, now I am a customer first, lost, not happy and offended.

Sharp practice. As others state. It’s easy to say the buying experience was good.
Be aware of ‘We buy any car’ style buying techniques.
I sent in a very good high end watch. I included the paperwork and box. The paperwork specifically gave the watch details and verification, also it’s from an authorised dealer. They upped the quote for my watch, then claimed that the paperwork wasn’t a warranty. No, true but a warranty that has long expired. It gave all the reassurance a buyer could need. Reading a few forums it’s seems common practice by them. I’d certainly take the trouble to do more homework on them. They’re a bit dodgy and certainly it’s at best sharp practice in terms of buying. I’ll sell privately but have learned a harsh lesson.

Absolutely appalling service by this company.
Initially received a very competitive quote for the purchase of my watch. Despite specifying all the details of my watch they returned it without any explanation. Total waste of time.
It’s best avoid this company. Unfortunately trusted pilots reviews are based on customers experience buying from Watchfinder as oppose to selling. On other social media channels there are more comprehensive reviews regarding their appalling service.

I would highly recommend using Watchfinder to sell a watch, which is what I did. Communication, customer service and the packaging kit they sent out was perfect. Price given was at the top of the quoted amount.

My first purchase with Watchfinder.fr but have had several deals with Watchfinder.co.uk previously.
Very happy with Wilfried, he done as much as he could to resolve an incredibly slow part exchange process.
More than happy with the exchange price for my Bremont, with the general process and with the watch when I received it.
I will happily use Watchfinder again when I see something else that I need!
