overpriced, greedy, rip off merchants
personally I think watch finder are rip off merchants. They will sell you a watch telling you how great it is then if you ever want to sell it back to them they will kick you in the teeth for it. They send you emails pushing watches that are apparently being "discontinued" and explain how the price of the watch should go up 20 percent, however will offer you a ridiculously low price for the same piece.

Excellent watch, as new, service took a while but this was no the fault of Watchfinder, new Brexit rules were the issue. Would use again.

Great professional service !
I purchased a watch recently and spoke with Ed via email and telephone. I was dubious as this was an online purchase and had fears. I did my research and finally took the plunge. Ed was fantastic, the team were fantastic. Each call and email was professional and they made me feel at ease.
Within 48 hours, due to the current situation, my watch arrived. It’s so special as it’s from my birth year!

The plus points: authenticity of the watches, revision, waranty...etc
The (nearly) bad points: unequal customer service very reactive to sell but they don't answer for more information when you have paid.
Different persons dealing with your account resulted in mix ups....Also, the fotos are a kind of intentional blur that don't show the dents or scratches....!!! (especially on 15/20 year-old items).
Despite this still happy to use the site to buy or sell by the way.
