Watchfinder is a find, my watch was presented in immaculate condition, with the original box and paperwork, including a 2 year guarantee and letter of authenticity and competitively priced. My watch was being shipped from Paris and needed re-sizing, the team couldn't have been more helpful and kept me updated daily. It arrived in a matter of days, huge thanks to Richard in the UK and Evanie in Paris. I will definitely shop with you again and couldn't rate the service highly enough and couldn't be happier with my beautiful watch.

This is my second Tag heuer watch that I have purchased from Watchfinder.co.uk and I am very pleased with both purchases. Watches arrive in their genuine boxes, no difference from being brand new in the shop. Good savings to be made by pre-owned. Definitely would recommend Watchfinder. Am extremely satisfied.

Great service and a great watch, whilst its box was a little worn the watch itself looks unused and still had some of the protective film on the lugs and clasp. Discounted by almost 40% compared to others listed so very happy.

Excellent watch and good dealing with my sale assistant. However the delays between my watch arriving in France and my new watch being shipped was too long, over 3 weeks. I understand this is not an isolated incident.

I just used Watchfinder for the first time. Found it to be a great experience. Traded an Omega towards an as new Tudor bb58. I’d say took about 2.5 weeks or so from my initial contact to having the new Tudor delivered. Good service from Tom there in sales. They arranged DHL delivery of packing materials for me to box up the Omega. Arranged DHL pickup then when ready. It then took a few days for my watch to go through their own in house testing and the deal confirmed.

Overall very happy. I’d use again.

Got the watch of my dreams and its perfection

I recently bought a breitling and to say I was happy is an understatement, the level of service from Kevin Smith and all the staff in preparation and Dispatch was excellent. All enquiries I had were answered swiftly and the information I needed was given. The watch arrived within 24 hours of payment with a letter of authenticity as the original papers were not with the watch.
