Very happy with my purchase
Very happy with my purchase, the PAM514 is in excellent condition and the communication throughout was excellent.
Excellent customer service
Where do I start
Where do I start? From the first call I made in relation to the watch I wanted to buy, watchfinder could not have been anymore helpful. The staff went above and beyond to help me from emails to phone calls and even the delivery to Ireland to save me a few pound. I can honestly say the photos of the watch online didn’t show the true quality of the watch I bought, I was shocked at how well it came and the presentation I received it in. I was nervous about spending the money I did online especially when I hadn’t seen the watch but again watchfinder really surprised me with it. I’ll be definitely buying again from them.
very poor experience
very poor experience. the watch i purchased was definitely not maintained before it was shipped ( was stated as being maintained on WF website). i sent watch back; 8 days later i am now being told it will be shipped from paris to uk requiring another 7 days BEFORE technical examination begins. i am an international watch collector and social media reviewer; it is disturbing to see what is unfolding here for a €3000 purchase
Good sight for watches happy with all
Great service and great help Tom…
Great service and great help Tom Holland was especially helpful. I will definitely add to my collection and Watchfinder.ie will be my choice provider.
Great service, experience and professionalism
Great experience could not fault anything. It was my first venture to buying a nice watch for myself and a little worried about spending a lot of money over the internet with someone that I had never used before but I can say that the experience was very professional anyone that I was in contact with was professional in their approach, helpful and polite. Nothing was too big an ask and often out of hours. Thanks to Richard, Sean and Andrei I now have a watch that I never thought I would own at this price.
Great service
Great service, my watch was in excellent condition. Highly recommended.

Can't praise Watchfinder.ie highly…
Can't praise Watchfinder.ie highly enough!! We were very apprehensive about making such a purchase given current 'post-Brexit' uncertainty, however the entire process was totally seamless. Any questions we had before finally purchasing were dealt with in an extremely efficient manner (huge praise to Harry Wilmott here) and the actual delivery time from purchase to delivery was very impressive too!
A very positive experience overall and sincere thanks to all concerned.
Very wrong business model or just a huge misfortune/awkward accident?...
Facts:
- 2nd of December I paid for an 2018 Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch
- 10th of December received the watch and 24 hours later noticed that it’s faulty, running more than twice as fast as Omega’s specs, so I contacted Watchfinder but they reassured me that “This Omega has undergone a thorough inspection of accuracy, functionality and condition at our Omega certified service centre” and asked me to give it another 24 hours, that was completely useless of course as nothing changed, so I sent it back for servicing
- 16th of December they received the watch
- 19th of December they informed me that the watch requires a full service. YES, THE SAME WATCH THAT “HAS UNDERGONE A THOROUGH...” blah-blah in reality was a watch that requires a full service
- 31st of December they informed me that it’s been serviced and now it’s ready for dispatch
- 8th of January DHL emailed me asking to pay them €820 VAT and customs charges if I want the watch back. Yes, for my own property that was only being returned to me. Got in touch with DHL and they said according to the export documents received from Watchfinder’s dispatch team, that’s a new purchase not a return, wrong/incomplete export documents were sent by Watchfinder’s dispatch team to DHL
- 26th of January, almost three weeks later, after a dozen of emails and countless nerve wrecking phone calls both with DHL and the Customs, the watch was finally cleared from any duties and I could collect it
- SURPRISE: I opened the package and noticed the watch’s bezel and crystal WERE BOTH SLIGHTLY DAMAGED during service
- Emailed a couple of pictures to Watchfinder and they replied acknowledging the issue
- 28th of January, they offered 5% discount off the price I paid to keep the watch as is, or to send it back to them again to be rectified, or to send it back for a full refund
Personal considerations:
A brilliant YouTube channel and web page, well trained and very responsive sales team but unfortunately gravely let down by the other departments: QC, servicing, dispatch.
In other words, most of their efforts are focused towards taking your money, after that I guess it depends purely on how lucky you are.
Was this chain of multilevel errors related to my purchase from Watchfinder simply a huge misfortune or an awkward accident or that’s simply their business model?...
Thank you
Great customer service but some problems
Great customer service, can’t fault that! However, the watch I ordered was sent out to me without a proper inspection by the looks of things.
The self winding mechanism of the watch wasn’t working properly and I had to send the watch off to get serviced as soon as I received it.
Watchfinder Review
This is my second time buying from Watchfinder.co.uk.
I have always found them to be professional, reputable and very easy to deal with.
It was a little more complicated this time in that I traded-in a watch and purchased a new watch also. It was another good experience and I am extremely happy with my purchase which is exactly as described.
Watchfinder's warranty and after sales service is second to none and provides piece of mind with the purchase.
