I probably wouldn’t do this again tbh. My partner and I both entered tier 1 hoping for a nice watch even just one of us . When we got it, we both got the exact same watch. Silver Casio (it’s quite fu... See more

Amazing work from watch harbour. I purchased two premium mystery watches and one special edition mystery watches. Had my order delivered on the 16th which was a week after they were shipped out which was good. Once they arrived I opened them and they were well packaged just as shown in the videos. I received a rotary moonphase, Accurist and my favourite was a Jaeger LeCoultre master quartz! I understand it is a raffle and was amazed when I opened them all. Will definitely be purchasing in the next draw!!!

I took part in Watch Harbor’s “Mystery Watch Drop” on October 1st, which promised a mix of luxury and good-quality affordable vintage watches from various respected brands.
I fully understood that I wouldn’t get a Rolex or Omega — I joined just for the fun of it — but one would reasonably expect brands such as Seiko, Citizen, Tissot, Orient, or something similar in quality.
Instead, I received a “Constant Quartz (AL100175G)”, a so-called brand that doesn’t appear to exist anywhere online. The quality is unbelievably poor — identical watches sell for £5–10 on eBay, which is actually cheaper than some watches sold at my local supermarket.
To make it worse, the watch is so tiny that it can’t even be worn, and it’s not adjustable in any practical way. It’s essentially worthless.
When I contacted Watch Harbor, they refused to offer any kind of solution or refund, hiding behind the “mystery drop” concept. Their replies were dismissive and unhelpful.
Before buying, I had seen other negative reviews but decided to give them a chance — now I can confirm that the criticism is completely justified.
Avoid this company if you expect honesty, transparency, or even basic quality control.

So. The guys have admitted that in the past drops they made mistakes and they were not up to standard. I voiced my complaints with them from the August drop and I was then in contact about how to improve moving forward.
Everything we spoke about they acted upon. We discussed the packaging, new drop came in a very good looking box complete with warranty card so first issue fixed.
Delivery now swapped to Royal Mail and with me in just over a week from the initial drop date. Much improved on the August drop.
The watch itself. The first drop I was disappointed but this time I had a lovely Seiko tank. Was it one of the luxury watches? No. Did I get an Omega like I wanted? No. But that’s the risk you take. The watch I had was lovely and clean, runs well with a brand new strap on.
So credit where credit is due, everything that was an issue before they have worked damn hard in not a lot of time to fix. I hope people do give them a chance moving forward and some of the negative reviews from before are perhaps looked at based on the changes made. Keep up the good work guys and fingers crossed you send my that Omega I’ve wanted for years in the November drop!

They took ages to ship the watch and what I got was a really cheap watch that I did a reverse image search for and found it had been purchased on eBay after the watches were supposed to be shipped. So they lied about the whole process.
Which makes a complete mockery of the claim that the watches were ready and there were just delays in shipping.
They got the money and then went shopping for £10-£20 watches on eBay and shipped out crappy junk. I wanted to see what others had experienced before leaving a review to make sure what I said was fair.
VERY disappointed because it's a great concept but I'd say it's just a scam.
I wonder if anyone actually got one of the luxury watches at all?
*Edit 15/02/2026, Watch Habor keep trying to get my review taken down. Now they're claiming I didn't purchase from them. Proof provided to Trustpilot. Stop acting in a deceitful way if you don't want 1 star reviews. Avoid this company at ALL COSTS.

Shipping times were ridiculous. $90 on a mystery drop and received a watch valued at $10. Most companies doing these type of mystery boxes at least value your items to the price. This is just a plain rip off.

Finally received my watch today from the August mystery drop after nearly 6 weeks of waiting. What i received is an absolute joke. I'd be shocked if the watch is worth 10 quid. Great concept but that's where it ends. I would suggest others keep your money.

Stay far away as they can just rip you off! I want a refund. I received a watch which i have checked and was listed on ebay showing sold a couple days prior to the watch being shipped to me. Supposedly the watch has been maintained and looked after but it had several scratches and the description of the listing was showing untested!! It just seems they can go on Ebay and buy watches at a 1/10 of the price and then send it to you claiming full maintenance and assurance. Unbelievable!

Got my watch after a month of waiting, and it's not working, the packaging was poor as others have said, asked for a full refund but with the way this has been handled I'm sure they'll find some way to mess that up too.

As many others have said, my watch came extremely scratched up, and the glass was also badly scratched. The leather strap did not even have a loop to secure the end of the strap when worn. It also arrived shipped only in some bubble wrap, nothing like what was shown on your Instagram.
The face of the watch is also misaligned, as the second hand does not line up correctly with the markers.
Shipping was supposed to take 15–17 days since I ordered from another country, but it took over a month to arrive.
I am very unhappy with this purchase.

Just like many others have pointed out, the watch came cheaply packaged in just some bubble wrap, not at all likethey showed in the videos. It also took more than a month to arrive, and on top of that they sent me a watch that does not work. The bracelet is damaged which is causing it to jam, so i can't even wear it. And on top of that for some reason the watch is defective and the movement no longer works. Do not trust these guys it is a complete scam and the watch does not even work.

I was really disappointed with my mystery watch experience. I ordered two watches and eagerly awaited their delivery after a delay. When they eventually arrived they were packaged in Jiffy bags, not in boxes as you are led to believe by the social media promotions, and although the chances were slim, I didn't receive one of the luxury brands. I was prepared to accept this was the luck of the draw until I saw a YouTube video claiming some of the watches received by others had been purchased on eBay, after the drop date of 1st Aug 2025. I decided to check eBay for my watches and indeed, one of them was bought on the 10th of August for just under £11. It is definitely the watch I received because the leather strap has damage in all the same shapes & places. This is really disappointing. How can you trust that this is really a random process? There was supposed to be a vintage Rolex Datejust as the top prize, would this have just been wrapped in plastic and put in a Jiffy bag? Surely it would be in a box and then that would be obvious as to which one in the top prize. My trust in the whole process has been shattered. It is a real shame because I like the idea and I hope the seller can find a better way to implement it.
Because of everything stated above, I would like to receive a full refund for both of my orders #2027 and #2144 as I don't believe it has been a fair process.

Love the idea of mystery box watches, making it the first business idea I came across very interestingly. But never did I realise the watch was cheap enough ( as claimed it was purchased few days after we made the purchase)
Treating with respect for a business and also towards customer by putting the watch in a polymer and stuffing some bubble wrap not even wrapping on the watch.. it drop off as soon as I open the polymer. ( fall in total shock after having pretty high expectations though knowing it’s a slim chance of getting a nice decent watch)
I feel like that’s up right disappointing and disrespectful to people who purchase watches from you guys. Given that you have repeated many time even with video showing how it’s received in box well packed and service..
If things were smooth, I would actually wish to continue supporting every single month. But I definitely do not like this current situation.. I believe any other retailer would probably get sue for such shipping experience. It’s kinda of nightmare.

Feels like a quick money grab.
Wrapped in bubble wrap and mailer envelope.
Had to wait a month to get a watch worth zero.
The watch I got was a cheap watch for a maximum of £1-2.
The wrist band was broken and it hasn't received any service like they said it should have.
Shipping + customs fee and the watch for £86.
Sad to see someone ruin something that could be so good, for a little quick money.
Would not recommend buying from these people.
Feels like a scam, I want a full refund.

Firstly, I genuinely thought the concept of the mystery watch drop was a great idea and as with any lottery there are big and not so big winners. The watch drop should have made everyone a winner.
I didn't get my watch for almost 4 weeks. Even though I have seen your responses regarding this and the issues you had, why didn't you bring in extra staff to repack the orders? After all, my watch was just wrapped in a bit of bubble wrap and placed in a padded envelope.
But the watch did eventually arrive which is a positive
What certainly isn't positive is the state of the watch. Yes, I received what should have been an affordable watch but it was not only in a shabby state but was dirty, there was dirt on the watch and in the strap and clasp. It definitely hadn't been cleaned or serviced. It is a very cheap watch. It would have been cheap new and even less used. Certainly not vintage.
I am really disappointed that 'affordable and vintage'is being confused with 'cheap and shabby' I truly feel that what was promised was not delivered.

Great concept and excellent communication from the vendor.
Just received my Mystery watch today, almost a month after order. I had no expectations of necessarily getting one of the luxury watches but I did expect to get a vintage watch comparable to the brands mentioned. I received a fashion watch that would cost more to ship than the actual watch is worth. Extremely disappointing considering I paid almost $100 USD to get a watch that I couldn’t resale for $10-15. Another thing would be the fact that it was just packaged in a plastic envelope. I definitely feel I have been mislead and taken. Was hoping this was going to be a great thing I could do every month to add to my collection. This is one and done for me!

I got my mystery watch today, after almost a full month of waiting. I knew that the chances of getting a luxury watch were slim, but the fact that even the more affordable watches are from respected watch brands like seiko or rotary is simply not true. I got a cheap fashion watch for around 10-20 pounds. Futhermore the watch did not come in a box like it is shown on their instagram account. Instead it came in a plastic shipment bag.
Do these inconvieniences I am not satisfied with the order and would like a full refund. My Order Number is #1883

Where do I begin? Let’s start with the shipping and the promise from the.watch.harbor to have procured, boxed, and packaged all watches before the drop.
Fact 1: The watches were never properly packaged. They were haphazardly wrapped in bubble wrap, and tossed into a bubble mailer envelope, then shipped off.
Fact 2: There were NO watches purchased beforehand. All of them were bought from ebay, cheaply sourced and then randomly distributed to us, the suckers who fell for this scam.
As a response in another comment that a reviewer made about sourcing watches, thewatchharbor team has said that legitimate high value watches have been won, and that they’ve posted them on their IG page. Well, how do we know this is the truth? How do we know that they haven’t hired paid actors to say they’ve received the watches? We don’t. There hasn’t been a list of the watches you could win; the brand name, quantity, and odds. Tickets should also be capped. That should be a given. Unless they can prove this otherwise, i’m never buying from them again.
Given the supposed shipping delay, I would have thought it to be caused by other world events. But to my surprise, a comment made by IG user: watchthetimeplease, discovered that the delays were caused by a supposed shortage of watches, which were fulfilled by purchasing cheaper watches on Ebay. What really shocks me, is that, despite the claim that all watches had to have their boxes removed, which resulted them in also delaying the shipping process, why couldn’t they have sent out watches that they already had, out to customers? I’ve had packages come from China with more packaging.
I’m disgusted by this entire operation.

Watch came around a month later with no shipping updates or progress updates they came in cheap packaging and with a £10 and a £20 watch inside. I paid for the fastest shipping you could get which stated delivery within 48 hours took more than 3 and a half weeks to arrive. Not satisfied with the order at all I would like a full refund on both watches my order number is 1316.
