Amazing work from watch harbour!!!

Amazing work from watch harbour. I purchased two premium mystery watches and one special edition mystery watches. Had my order delivered on the 16th which was a week after they were shipped out which was good. Once they arrived I opened them and they were well packaged just as shown in the videos. I received a rotary moonphase, Accurist and my favourite was a Jaeger LeCoultre master quartz! I understand it is a raffle and was amazed when I opened them all. Will definitely be purchasing in the next draw!!!

Hi Ben,

That’s brilliant to hear, thanks so much for taking the time to share your experience!

We’re really glad your watches arrived safely and that you enjoyed the pieces you pulled, especially the Jaeger LeCoultre, that’s an awesome result! It’s great to see the excitement and fun of the drops coming through just as we intend.

Appreciate the support and kind words, we’ll look forward to having you join us again for the next draw!

Extremely disappointed – misleading marketing and unwearable watch

I took part in Watch Harbor’s “Mystery Watch Drop” on October 1st, which promised a mix of luxury and good-quality affordable vintage watches from various respected brands.
I fully understood that I wouldn’t get a Rolex or Omega — I joined just for the fun of it — but one would reasonably expect brands such as Seiko, Citizen, Tissot, Orient, or something similar in quality.

Instead, I received a “Constant Quartz (AL100175G)”, a so-called brand that doesn’t appear to exist anywhere online. The quality is unbelievably poor — identical watches sell for £5–10 on eBay, which is actually cheaper than some watches sold at my local supermarket.
To make it worse, the watch is so tiny that it can’t even be worn, and it’s not adjustable in any practical way. It’s essentially worthless.

When I contacted Watch Harbor, they refused to offer any kind of solution or refund, hiding behind the “mystery drop” concept. Their replies were dismissive and unhelpful.

Before buying, I had seen other negative reviews but decided to give them a chance — now I can confirm that the criticism is completely justified.

Avoid this company if you expect honesty, transparency, or even basic quality control.

Hi Alexander,

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m genuinely confused but sorry to read this review.

Just to clarify, a few days before the drop went live we released a video showcasing every single brand included in that release, and Constant was one of them. The exact watch model you received was actually shown in that video, and an image of it was also displayed on the product page when you placed your order. Given that each mystery drop is completely random, all customers have the same chance of receiving any of the pieces featured, including more affordable brands like Constant, as well as higher-end ones.

We understand that not every piece will suit everyone’s taste or expectations, but the watch you received was fully functional and consistent with what was advertised. The video you referenced is still live on our YouTube channel here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DfbSGSjl7L8
.

We do our best to be transparent about how these drops work, and while I’m sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy this one, we were responsive and helpful through email and always aim to resolve concerns fairly. To make these events possible, and to give everyone a genuine chance at higher-value pieces, including Rolex and others, we have to include a mix of brands and price points.

Appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts, and I do apologise for any confusion.

Best regards,
Cameron

Much improved!

So. The guys have admitted that in the past drops they made mistakes and they were not up to standard. I voiced my complaints with them from the August drop and I was then in contact about how to improve moving forward.

Everything we spoke about they acted upon. We discussed the packaging, new drop came in a very good looking box complete with warranty card so first issue fixed.

Delivery now swapped to Royal Mail and with me in just over a week from the initial drop date. Much improved on the August drop.

The watch itself. The first drop I was disappointed but this time I had a lovely Seiko tank. Was it one of the luxury watches? No. Did I get an Omega like I wanted? No. But that’s the risk you take. The watch I had was lovely and clean, runs well with a brand new strap on.

So credit where credit is due, everything that was an issue before they have worked damn hard in not a lot of time to fix. I hope people do give them a chance moving forward and some of the negative reviews from before are perhaps looked at based on the changes made. Keep up the good work guys and fingers crossed you send my that Omega I’ve wanted for years in the November drop!

Hey William,

Really appreciate you coming back to share this it honestly means a lot. We know the August drop had its issues, and I remember chatting about what needed to change, so it’s great to hear the improvements have made a difference this time around.

We put a lot of work into getting the packaging right, tightening up delivery with Royal Mail, and just making the whole process smoother! So hearing that you noticed all that really makes it worth it. And a Seiko tank is a great watch, maybe not the Omega yet, but a solid pull all the same!

Thanks again for giving us another chance and for being fair in how you shared your experience. Feedback like yours is what’s helped us turn things around. Fingers crossed you can get that Omega in a box soon!

All the best,
Cameron

Basically a scam. Don't waste your money. Shame.

They took ages to ship the watch and what I got was a really cheap watch that I did a reverse image search for and found it had been purchased on eBay after the watches were supposed to be shipped. So they lied about the whole process.

Which makes a complete mockery of the claim that the watches were ready and there were just delays in shipping.

They got the money and then went shopping for £10-£20 watches on eBay and shipped out crappy junk. I wanted to see what others had experienced before leaving a review to make sure what I said was fair.

VERY disappointed because it's a great concept but I'd say it's just a scam.

I wonder if anyone actually got one of the luxury watches at all?

*Edit 15/02/2026, Watch Habor keep trying to get my review taken down. Now they're claiming I didn't purchase from them. Proof provided to Trustpilot. Stop acting in a deceitful way if you don't want 1 star reviews. Avoid this company at ALL COSTS.

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way, but we want to assure you that Watch Harbor is absolutely not a scam. We’ve shared clear proof on our website and social media that customers from our mystery drops have received the luxury watches advertised.

The drop you participated in took place over two months ago, and we’ve since addressed the issues that caused delays during that period. To improve transparency and fairness, we postponed the September drop to focus on better sourcing, faster fulfillment, and open documentation of the entire process. These changes have been clearly shown across our social channels.

We understand your disappointment, especially if your watch didn’t meet your expectations, but the nature of a mystery drop means that each customer receives a random watch from a curated mix of both affordable and higher-value options, as outlined on our website.

We appreciate your feedback—it helped us make significant improvements to ensure a much better experience moving forward.

Don’t do it

Shipping times were ridiculous. $90 on a mystery drop and received a watch valued at $10. Most companies doing these type of mystery boxes at least value your items to the price. This is just a plain rip off.

Hi Raymond,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I completely understand your frustration with the shipping delays and the value of the watch you received. Waiting six weeks is not the kind of experience we want for our customers, and we take this seriously.

Since this was part of our mystery drop (not a subscription program where the value is matched each month), the selection does include a wide range of affordable and higher-value watches, as stated on our website. That said, we’re working hard to make the process feel more transparent and worthwhile for everyone:

Improving shipping times so you’re not waiting weeks for your order.

Sourcing better quality watches across the board.

Creating content for the upcoming October 1st drop to show all 200 watches beforehand, so customers know what’s in the pool.

Could you please share your order number so I can look into your specific case? That will help us better understand what happened with your shipment.

We really appreciate your honest review—it helps us keep improving the experience for everyone.

Hi Marc,

Thank you for sharing your feedback and we’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience from the August mystery drop. Waiting six weeks is not the kind of turnaround we want for our customers, and we take your comments seriously.

We’ve taken a step back to improve how we run the drops. Going forward, we’re focusing on sourcing better quality watches, ensuring faster shipping times, and being more transparent throughout the process. To make this clear, we’ve postponed the next drop until October 1st. For that drop, we’ll be creating content to show all 200 watches available and how they are being prepared, so customers know exactly what to expect.

We appreciate your honest review, it helps us continue improving the experience for everyone.

Stay far away as they can just rip you off! I want a refund. I received a watch which i have checked and was listed on ebay showing sold a couple days prior to the watch being shipped to me. Supposedly the watch has been maintained and looked after but it had several scratches and the description of the listing was showing untested!! It just seems they can go on Ebay and buy watches at a 1/10 of the price and then send it to you claiming full maintenance and assurance. Unbelievable!

Hi there,

We’re really sorry about your experience with the August drop. While the shipping times for general access were stated on the website, taking a full month to arrive is unacceptable, and we’ve already put faster shipping processes in place so this won’t happen again for the October drop.

The packaging you received was a watch inside a PVC polypocket (commonly used by watch dealers), then wrapped in shipping tissue, inside a cardboard box, and finally in a black mailing bag. That said, we agree it wasn’t the best presentation. We’ve showcased the new packaging for the October Mystery Drop, which we believe is a big improvement, and we’ll continue to make sure the experience feels much better.

A full refund has already been sent for your order. We also offered a replacement, and your order included a warranty card which would have allowed you to send the watch back free of charge to be repaired and returned to you.

We’re very sorry again for the disappointment this time, and we thank you for your feedback, it’s helping us improve as we prepare for the October drop.

As many others have said, my watch came extremely scratched up, and the glass was also badly scratched. The leather strap did not even have a loop to secure the end of the strap when worn. It also arrived shipped only in some bubble wrap, nothing like what was shown on your Instagram.

The face of the watch is also misaligned, as the second hand does not line up correctly with the markers.

Shipping was supposed to take 15–17 days since I ordered from another country, but it took over a month to arrive.

I am very unhappy with this purchase.

Just like many others have pointed out, the watch came cheaply packaged in just some bubble wrap, not at all likethey showed in the videos. It also took more than a month to arrive, and on top of that they sent me a watch that does not work. The bracelet is damaged which is causing it to jam, so i can't even wear it. And on top of that for some reason the watch is defective and the movement no longer works. Do not trust these guys it is a complete scam and the watch does not even work.

Hi there,

We’re genuinely sorry to read this, and even more sorry that this was your experience with us. The watch you received should never have arrived damaged or defective, and the packaging you describe is not at all the standard we want to hold ourselves to. We understand how frustrating it must feel to wait so long only to receive something that doesn’t work, and we completely accept that this has damaged your trust.

We also want to be clear – this is not a scam. We recently made a video on our TikTok and Instagram explaining exactly what went wrong with the August drop, why some customers received pieces in poor condition, and how we’re fixing it moving forward. The mistakes were on us – from the shipping provider refusing parcels and forcing us to repackage, to not catching issues with quality in time. But it was never about trying to deceive anyone.

Looking ahead, we’ve postponed all future drops until October to completely overhaul how we run them. From now on, all 200 watches in each drop will be shown publicly on Instagram and TikTok before the drop goes live. We’ll also post videos of the packaging process itself so customers can see their watches being securely prepared before orders even open. On top of that, every mystery watch will now come with a warranty card, and we’ve sourced much better affordable watches so the “base level” feels like something you’d actually want to add to your collection.

We know words aren’t enough, so we’d really like the chance to make this right for you directly. Please reach out to us at watchharbor@outlook.com
or WhatsApp and we’ll either arrange a full refund or get you a free replacement from the October drop.

We deeply regret your experience, and we’re determined to prove that we can deliver on the idea properly.

A good idea spoilt by poor implementation

I was really disappointed with my mystery watch experience. I ordered two watches and eagerly awaited their delivery after a delay. When they eventually arrived they were packaged in Jiffy bags, not in boxes as you are led to believe by the social media promotions, and although the chances were slim, I didn't receive one of the luxury brands. I was prepared to accept this was the luck of the draw until I saw a YouTube video claiming some of the watches received by others had been purchased on eBay, after the drop date of 1st Aug 2025. I decided to check eBay for my watches and indeed, one of them was bought on the 10th of August for just under £11. It is definitely the watch I received because the leather strap has damage in all the same shapes & places. This is really disappointing. How can you trust that this is really a random process? There was supposed to be a vintage Rolex Datejust as the top prize, would this have just been wrapped in plastic and put in a Jiffy bag? Surely it would be in a box and then that would be obvious as to which one in the top prize. My trust in the whole process has been shattered. It is a real shame because I like the idea and I hope the seller can find a better way to implement it.
Because of everything stated above, I would like to receive a full refund for both of my orders #2027 and #2144 as I don't believe it has been a fair process.

Hi there,

Thank you for sharing such a detailed review, even though it’s difficult for us to read, it’s important feedback and we take it seriously. We’re very sorry that your experience with the mystery watch drop left you so disappointed. From the packaging to the concerns you’ve raised about sourcing, we can see why you feel let down and we want to address this openly.

First, on packaging: you’re absolutely right, sending watches out in bubble mailers without proper boxes was a mistake. That is not the experience we want to create, and it’s one of the biggest lessons we’ve taken from the August drop. Going forward, every watch will be securely boxed and we will show the packaging process on video so customers can see exactly how their watches are prepared before shipping.

On sourcing and fairness: we’ve seen the same claims online, and while some of the details in those videos have been exaggerated, we know that mistakes in how we handled broken stock created the impression that watches were bought last-minute to fill orders. We addressed this in a video recently on TikTok and Instagram, because transparency is key. The drops are not a scam, there really were higher-end prizes included, but we completely understand why trust has been damaged when people see inconsistencies. That’s why for October we are showing all 200 watches in advance, posting proof of the packaging process, and ensuring customers know exactly what’s in the drop before it even goes live.

We’d like the chance to put this right for you directly. Please reach out to us at watchharbor@outlook.com
or via WhatsApp so we can issue you a full refund for both orders, as you’ve requested. Alternatively, if you would prefer, we can also include replacements in the October drop at no cost, where you will be able to see the whole process transparently from start to finish.

We know the August drop caused disappointment for many, and we’re deeply sorry for the way it was handled. The idea is still one we believe in, and with the changes we’re making, we want to prove it can be done fairly and transparently.

#order 2227 & #order 2401

Love the idea of mystery box watches, making it the first business idea I came across very interestingly. But never did I realise the watch was cheap enough ( as claimed it was purchased few days after we made the purchase)

Treating with respect for a business and also towards customer by putting the watch in a polymer and stuffing some bubble wrap not even wrapping on the watch.. it drop off as soon as I open the polymer. ( fall in total shock after having pretty high expectations though knowing it’s a slim chance of getting a nice decent watch)

I feel like that’s up right disappointing and disrespectful to people who purchase watches from you guys. Given that you have repeated many time even with video showing how it’s received in box well packed and service..

If things were smooth, I would actually wish to continue supporting every single month. But I definitely do not like this current situation.. I believe any other retailer would probably get sue for such shipping experience. It’s kinda of nightmare.

Hi there,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re very sorry to hear how disappointed you’ve been, especially with the condition of the packaging and the overall impression it left. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to wait with high expectations and then receive a watch packaged so poorly. That’s not the level of respect or care we want to show our customers, and we take full responsibility for getting this wrong.

The August drop in particular had a number of problems that we’ve already addressed in a video on our Instagram and TikTok. From the shipping provider refusing parcels and forcing us to repackage, to not doing enough checks on the condition of the affordable watches, we know it caused a lot of disappointment and we are determined to fix it. That’s why we’ve postponed all future drops until October, where we’ll be showing all 200 watches before the drop, sharing videos of the packaging process, and including warranty cards so customers know they’re covered.

We’re very sorry for the negative experience, but we appreciate the honesty of your feedback. We hope we can make things right for you and show that we are committed to improving.

Order #1986

Feels like a quick money grab.
Wrapped in bubble wrap and mailer envelope.
Had to wait a month to get a watch worth zero.
The watch I got was a cheap watch for a maximum of £1-2.
The wrist band was broken and it hasn't received any service like they said it should have.
Shipping + customs fee and the watch for £86.
Sad to see someone ruin something that could be so good, for a little quick money.
Would not recommend buying from these people.
Feels like a scam, I want a full refund.

Hi there,

I’m really sorry to read this and to hear how let down you feel, you’re right, this drop did not live up to the standard we promised, and that’s completely on us. The watch you describe, especially arriving broken and poorly packaged, is absolutely unacceptable and far from what we intended to deliver.

A full refund has been issued for your order #1986, and it should be back with you within 5–7 working days depending on your bank. On top of that, we’d be happy to add some store credit to your account for a future drop to cover the tax or import fees you had to pay, so you’re not left out of pocket beyond the watch itself.

We’ve already made the decision to postpone all future drops until October so we can completely rebuild the process. That means proper, secure packaging, every watch fully checked before being sent, and total transparency about the watches available. We’ll be showing all 200 watches for each drop on video, as well as posting content of them being packaged and prepared so customers know exactly what to expect.

I understand why you’d feel this was a quick money grab, but that was never our intention. We got this drop wrong in a big way, and now we’re focused on making sure it never happens again. Please don’t hesitate to reach out directly so we can make sure the store credit is set up for you.

Very disappointment

Firstly, I genuinely thought the concept of the mystery watch drop was a great idea and as with any lottery there are big and not so big winners. The watch drop should have made everyone a winner.
I didn't get my watch for almost 4 weeks. Even though I have seen your responses regarding this and the issues you had, why didn't you bring in extra staff to repack the orders? After all, my watch was just wrapped in a bit of bubble wrap and placed in a padded envelope.
But the watch did eventually arrive which is a positive
What certainly isn't positive is the state of the watch. Yes, I received what should have been an affordable watch but it was not only in a shabby state but was dirty, there was dirt on the watch and in the strap and clasp. It definitely hadn't been cleaned or serviced. It is a very cheap watch. It would have been cheap new and even less used. Certainly not vintage.
I am really disappointed that 'affordable and vintage'is being confused with 'cheap and shabby' I truly feel that what was promised was not delivered.

Hi there,

I’m really sorry to hear about the condition of the watch you received and the way it was packaged. That’s completely unacceptable and far from what we promised. You’re absolutely right that “affordable and vintage” should mean respected pieces with character, not something cheap, shabby, or dirty. I can only imagine how disappointing this must have been after waiting so long.

Please do reach out to us directly so we can get this sorted straight away, whether that’s with a full refund or a proper replacement. We want to make this right for you.

We’ve also decided to postpone all future drops until October while we go back to the drawing board and rebuild the whole process from the ground up. Every watch will be properly cleaned and checked before it leaves us, and if it’s not up to standard, it simply won’t be included. Packaging is also being completely overhauled, we’ll be showing exactly what customers can expect in advance, and every order will be securely boxed, not just wrapped in bubble wrap. We know words alone can’t undo your frustration, but we’re determined to prove through our actions that we’ve learned from this and are committed to doing things the right way moving forward. Please send us a quick message so we can arrange your refund or replacement without delay.

Kind regards,
The Watch Harbor Team

I feel I have been mislead!!!!

Just received my Mystery watch today, almost a month after order. I had no expectations of necessarily getting one of the luxury watches but I did expect to get a vintage watch comparable to the brands mentioned. I received a fashion watch that would cost more to ship than the actual watch is worth. Extremely disappointing considering I paid almost $100 USD to get a watch that I couldn’t resale for $10-15. Another thing would be the fact that it was just packaged in a plastic envelope. I definitely feel I have been mislead and taken. Was hoping this was going to be a great thing I could do every month to add to my collection. This is one and done for me!

Hi Josh,

I’m really sorry to hear about your experience. I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to wait almost a month only to receive a watch that didn’t live up to what you expected, especially after following along with what we had shown on Instagram. I want to sincerely apologize, this isn’t the experience we want anyone to have.

I’ve issued you a full refund, which should be back in your account within 5–7 working days. I’d also like to offer you some store credit towards a future drop as a goodwill gesture, if you’d be open to giving us another chance down the line.

We’ve decided to postpone all future drops until October so that we can fix the problems that caused this. For the next drop, we’ll be showing all 200 watches available well before the release, and we’ll be sharing content of the packaging process to prove that everything is prepared properly. We’ll also show how watches are randomly labelled and shipped out, and we’ll even be hosting livestreams across Instagram and TikTok to make the process completely transparent.

I know that trust has been damaged and words alone won’t fix that, but I hope that by making these changes and being more open, we can start to rebuild that trust. I really appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, Josh, and I’m truly sorry for the disappointment this time around.

Kind regards,
Cameron

Mystery Watch

I got my mystery watch today, after almost a full month of waiting. I knew that the chances of getting a luxury watch were slim, but the fact that even the more affordable watches are from respected watch brands like seiko or rotary is simply not true. I got a cheap fashion watch for around 10-20 pounds. Futhermore the watch did not come in a box like it is shown on their instagram account. Instead it came in a plastic shipment bag.
Do these inconvieniences I am not satisfied with the order and would like a full refund. My Order Number is #1883

Hi there,

We’re so sorry to hear about your experience with Order #1883. This isn’t the level of service or quality we want to deliver, and we completely understand your frustration.

A full refund has already been issued for your order, please allow 5–7 working days for it to show back in your account. We’d also really appreciate it if you could reach out to us directly so we can better understand the details of your experience and make sure we learn from it.

We recognize that packaging, transparency, and watch quality fell short during this drop, which is why we have decided to postpone all future drops until October. In the meantime, we will be creating clear content that shows:

All watches available in each drop before it goes live

Proof of proper packaging well ahead of shipping

Clear odds and limits, so customers know exactly what to expect

We know trust has been damaged, and we’re determined to fix it through transparency and action.

Thank you again for your feedback, and we’re truly sorry for the disappointment caused.

Order #1754 - I was scammed, too.

Order #1754
Where do I begin? Let’s start with the shipping and the promise from the.watch.harbor to have procured, boxed, and packaged all watches before the drop.

Fact 1: The watches were never properly packaged. They were haphazardly wrapped in bubble wrap, and tossed into a bubble mailer envelope, then shipped off.
Fact 2: There were NO watches purchased beforehand. All of them were bought from ebay, cheaply sourced and then randomly distributed to us, the suckers who fell for this scam.
As a response in another comment that a reviewer made about sourcing watches, thewatchharbor team has said that legitimate high value watches have been won, and that they’ve posted them on their IG page. Well, how do we know this is the truth? How do we know that they haven’t hired paid actors to say they’ve received the watches? We don’t. There hasn’t been a list of the watches you could win; the brand name, quantity, and odds. Tickets should also be capped. That should be a given. Unless they can prove this otherwise, i’m never buying from them again.

Given the supposed shipping delay, I would have thought it to be caused by other world events. But to my surprise, a comment made by IG user: watchthetimeplease, discovered that the delays were caused by a supposed shortage of watches, which were fulfilled by purchasing cheaper watches on Ebay. What really shocks me, is that, despite the claim that all watches had to have their boxes removed, which resulted them in also delaying the shipping process, why couldn’t they have sent out watches that they already had, out to customers? I’ve had packages come from China with more packaging.

I’m disgusted by this entire operation.

Hi there,

First of all, we want to say how truly sorry we are for your experience. Reading your review was difficult, but we fully understand your frustration and disappointment. You expected care, transparency, and professionalism from us — and we clearly fell short. For that, we sincerely apologize.

A full refund has already been issued for your order which should take 5-7 days to get back to your account, but we know that doesn’t undo the frustration. What matters now is taking responsibility and showing you, and every customer, how we will do better.

We’d like to address a few of the points you raised:

Packaging – You are absolutely right: the way some watches were packaged was not acceptable. Watches should arrive safely and securely, and we failed to meet that standard. We’re making big improvements to packaging going forward, and we’ll even be showing customers exactly what packaging we’ll use before each drop.

Transparency – We should have clearly shown all 200 watches available, but we did list the quantities, and the odds on our website during the drop.

What We’re Changing Going Forward

To rebuild trust and prevent this from ever happening again, we are making the following changes:

Showing all watches before each drop – We will share videos and photos of every single watch available (all 200, in the case of our last drop) on Instagram, our website, and other social media platforms.

Proof of packaging – Before orders are even taken, we will post videos showing all watches being properly packaged in secure, protective materials. You will be able to see all the 200 watches in the drop being put into securing sealed packaging, you will see what day the video is posted on, which will be clearly well before drop dates.

Packaging improvements – Customers will see the packaging we’ll be using in advance, so there is no doubt about how items will be shipped. We have upgraded for upcoming drops, big time.

Customer verification – Winners of higher-value watches will be encouraged to share unboxing videos, so customers can see real people receiving their watches.

Incentives for feedback – Every customer will be offered 10% off their next purchase or store credit for sharing an unboxing video of their mystery watch.

Warranties - To provide extra peace of mind, all mystery watches will now come with warranties. Meaning you can return the watch within a certain timeframe, we will fix any issues with the watch if some have happened during shipping. We will be much more thorough checking watches before future drops.

We know that trust has been damaged, and we don’t expect words alone to fix it. What will matter is our actions, being more open, more transparent, and proving that we’ve learned from this.

Thank you again for your feedback and for holding us accountable. We are deeply sorry for your negative experience, but we are determined to make things right moving forward.

Hi Henry,

I want to sincerely apologise for your experience. We are issuing full refunds for all of your orders with Watch Harbor, including shipping costs, and these should reach you within 3–5 working days.

I’m very sorry about the delays, the lack of updates, and the quality of the watches you received, this is not the standard we want to deliver. We’re currently postponing all future drops until October while we go back to the drawing board and put a much stronger setup in place. Our goal is to rebuild trust and make sure this doesn’t happen again.

We really appreciate your feedback and your patience, and I hope we can make things right with you going forward.
