One year into a 2 year warranty my watch stopped working correctly and watch kings blamed me without even looking at it. AVOID this company.
I first sent my Seiko Kinetic to Watchkings in early 2021 via Ebay, for a capacitor replacement. This was dealt with promptly, and received a positive review. However after a year the watch failed aga... See more

Seiko service
I had my Seiko skx781 orange monster serviced & also had the crystal upgraded with a sapphire.
I purchased the service via eBay & I’m very happy with the service.
Thanks again Jody
unacceptable service.
Sent a Seiko chronograph to Watchkings for service. It was returned and it kept stopping. Even worse, the winding crown came off in my hand. Watchkings agreed to remedy the situation if I returned the watch and they said they would refund my postage.
After chasing Watchkings the watch was finally returned. The winding crown had been replaced with one of the wrong type for the watch concerned. This mean that the inner bezel could not be easily adjusted. Complained again to Watchkings. Received abuse and was told I had been reported to the Police for fraud! Long drawn out process then followed to get my money back via the credit card co. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.

Following their advert on ebay for watch servicing I posted my Seiko automatic watch to them for a new glass and a service for £80.
It was duly returned with the glass replaced , but the watch would stop after only a few hours despite a good winding.
It was returned to them twice and still the problem persisted. Watchkings maintained there was no issue and cited how they had tested it thoroughly.
I decided to get a 2nd opinion and found another repairer who telephoned me to discuss the issues and sent me photos of the movement. In short the movement was dirty and had not been disassembled for cleaning at all.
The watch now works perfectly following the service by the 2nd opinion.
