SWR brought my old Seamaster back to life. It looks like new and runs perfectly. Took a bit longer than I'd hoped, but Jeff was very helpful and informative. He clearly cares about his customers.

Dad’s Omega
First, I cannot thank Jeff And Marc for the amazing work they did for me. This Omega watch belonged to my father as it was given to him in 1978 by the company he worked for 30 years of service. Dad gave this watch to me prior to his death in 2007, it did not work (he rarely wore it), he told me to get it repaired and wear it! Local jewelers here would not work on it. So, after 22 years of this beautiful Omega sitting in my safe I found watchrepair.net on the internet and contacted them. The Best Decision I Ever Made!!! In a few days I received a container, padded beyond belief, GPS tracking device and a locking device. Brinks 2.0! I received my watch repair quote, approved it, and received my repair watch in approximately 3 weeks. Opened it up and it was running, and absolutely beautiful. Folks, Jeff, Marc, the complete staff of Master Jewelers at watchrepair.net are the best and what an incredible experience for me. Thank you
Sent my Rolex Tudor watch for repair…
Sent my Rolex Tudor watch for repair and overhaul. The process was easy and I felt comfortable with their method.
I was kept informed about how progress and cost estimate. Was notified watch was finished and received the next day. My wife said it looked better than when I was given it by IBM on June 3, 1993. I highly recommend them for your quality watch service.
Rolex Repair Recommendation
My Submariner was in need of repair.
It sit languishing in my drawer, as I kept putting off the repair and service it needed.
After considerable research in choosing who I should use for the repair, I kept coming back to Watch Repair.net.
It turned out to be the right decision.
I was a bit hesitant to sent the watch off, as it would be out of my hands in transit, but the system they use is reassuring.
My Submariner came back beautiful, and performing flawlessly. Can’t say enough about their professionalism, quality of workmanship, and genuine concern for my watch.
It’s refreshing in today’s situation, to still find a company, operated by a group of professionals, who care about customer service and quality.
Rolex watch repair
I found Watch Repair in a Mac search on the internet and decided to send my watch there. I had been previously burned (15 years ago) by a very expensive repair that had gone through my neighborhood jeweler and passed through several hands, I believe. I received the Rolex today and am so happy with the results! I will be back if I need to have a watch repaired.
My Omega Seamaster 300m Chrono Diver…
My Omega Seamaster 300m Chrono Diver needed to be overhauled and I found Jeff Herman/WatchRepair.net online. After reading other's testimonials, I reached out to find out about process and price. I felt very comfortable sending my watch from overseas to Jeff, getting the overhaul done and having Jeff send the watch to my home in CA. From the beginning to the end, the communications put me at ease knowing that my heirloom will be serviced properly. The wife inspected the watch and said it couldn't be the same watch as it looked almost new. I highly recommend the WatchRepair.net for all watch servicing and overhauls. Don't trust your valuable time piece with amateurs or pricing. You do get what you pay for. Thanks again for bring my Omega back to life, Jeff!

Brietling back in action!
From start to finish, everything involved with getting my Breitling watch out of the drawer and back onto my wrist was absolutely first rate and professional with Mark and Jeff at WatchRepair.net. In a world where many of us have come to expect a high chance of dissatisfaction in dealing with a company for the first time, this experience was a real breath of fresh air. Thank you Mark and Jeff!
Great job!!!
Omega Seamaster back to life!
I have a 1970s era Omega Seamaster that stopped several years ago. A new battery didn't do the job and the watch spent several years in a drawer. I found watchrepair.net on the internet and after talking to Jeff decided to send them my watch. They were very careful as to shipping in a safe and secure way. After examining it they explained what needed to be done and the charges. I now have it back and it looks like new. I am glad I found them and glad to have my vintage watch on my arm.

I have GMT Master watch which needed attention. "WatchRepair" cleaned and repaired my watch to brand new condition. It looks just like it did back in 1966 when I bought it new at the Rolex dealer in Miami ....... for $250. It's worth a bit more now.. Especially due to the excellent workmanship of these people at WatchRepair.net
Rolex Submariner brought back to life!!
My 47 year old Rolex Submariner was in need of a major overhaul. I found WatchRepair.net online and decided to work with them. They were responsive, their process for estimating repairs, mailing the watch back and forth was very well thought out. During the review and repair process, I was kept abreast of how things were going (much appreciated).
When I received the watch post repair, it looked brand new. Extremely pleased with the company and the quality of their work. Highest recommendations.
Perfect transaction.
It took me ten years to save up for my Omega SeaMaster. When I finally got it, it was my prize possession and also my daily wear. When it came time to get it serviced and repaired, I searched high and wide, locally and on the internet for a repair shop that was not only priced fair (I won't say cheap because repairing a fine timepiece is never cheap) but alsoone that put me at ease. Sending a $4,000 watch through the mail can be near racking. The guys at watchtepair.met were the answer to my prayers. They spent the time with me on the phone to answer all my questions, settle my nerves and put me at ease. Shipping to them included a "bomb proof" container and a gps tracker that allowed me to follow my treasure's journey across the country. I particularly enjoyed seeing when it landed at the airport and was transfered to ground transport. After they received it, I got an email explaining the next steps. When it was evaluated, I received a detailed email of what was needed and what it would cost. There was no bait-and-switch pricing and there were no hidden fees. The repairs were done within the estimated time and my watch was returned (again with gps tracking in the package). I could not be more happy with their service nor recommend them more highly. If you have a "nice watch" in need of service or repair, send it to watchrepair.net. You will not be disappointed

I recently had my Rolex Datejust watch repaired and overhauled at WatchRepair.net. The 9 year old Rolex served me well over many years of continuous use when its' automatic winder mechanism failed. I found WatchRepair.net on the internet and contacted them for repair and overhaul. Within an hour of my email, they provided a phone response and arranged for a secure shipping hard case to send my watch to WatchRepair. Following and fast diagnosis and repair estimate, I gave the approval to proceed with the repair. The watch was repaired, overhauled and returned in a timely manner. The watch was in immaculate condition looking as good as or better than when I bought it. I strongly recommend WatchRepair.net for service of your valued timepieces

I am completely satisfied with both the quality and timeliness of WatchRepair.net's work. The speed and safety of their shipping process lends an additional layer of ease when mailing an expensive timepiece off for service. Efficient, professional, and skilled craftsmanship all at a reasonable price.
excellent service
Sent both of my Rolex’s for maintenance and repair after nearly 10 years of nothing being done. The entire process of sending the first watch, getting an estimate, having it repaired, then returned to me in a manner that I could send the second watch for the same thing has now been completed. I cannot praise enough the service that i received. Both watches look as good as when they were new, and the staff at WatchRepair kept me completely informed through the entire process. This was compared to the last time (10 years ago) where sending the watches to Switzerland took almost 6 months, and the 1st watch would lose time first a minute or so each month and eventually 5 minutes each day.. Now the watch runs perfectly.! I give this company my complete endorsement, You can use them with compete confidence.
