My Breitling Chronomat 44 GMT had stopped autowinding and was making a grinding noise as if the winding weight were loose or broken. Upon return, the watch is functioning perfectly and keeping excellent time. Turnaround was a little better than most at less than 2 months (a previous service took over 3 months) and it was also polished and detailed so that it looks new. I've very happy with the service and would definitely use them again.

Several months ago, I looked at my 32 year old Rolex Submariner and noticed that the Crystal was fogged up. What to do? I almost panicked. I found Watch Repair on the Internet and immediately called. It was a Sunday. First thing Monday, Jeff Hermen called me back. I explained my issue and he said, Whatever you decide to do, do it now. The sooner a tech. can get into the watch the better. Do not let it sit, That answer sold me. He had my watch the next day A few days later he called with with price quote for the repairs. I received the watch back 2 days ago and it is beautiful. My 35 year old Omega Seamaster has been servicedseveral time back in Philadelphia. It recently stopped and I was unable to find a repair facility in Vero Beach until I discovered Watch Repair.net. Easy and eff8cient system to ship my watch for necessary repairs and have it returned looking almost new. Cost was similar to Philly.

Was initially a bit skeptical of WatchRepair.net due to all the funny stuff that goes on with internet, and was concerned that I would never see my watch again. But after reviewing many reviews (which could have been bogus) and seeing no reason for concern, and checking BBB and anything else, I decided to take the chance. I must say that everything was superb, and watch looks like new and am sure will run like new. I could not be more delighted.

My 1970-80's Omega quit running in 2017. I sent it to the factory repair service and they sent it to the factory. It ran until this year. I sent it to them again and they returned it saying it was obsolete and no parts were available. I found watchrepair.net. I sent the watch to them and the next day received a telephone call that they had the electric circuit. They repaired my watch and returned it within four weeks. I am very pleased with everything -- they have performed exactly as they said they would.

This is an honest company you can trust. My Omega Constellation needed repair and cleaning and they did an awesome job. Took care of my bracelet demise and my watch cleaning. Jeff and Mark are very communicative. I'm impressed with the watch repair pack they provide to mail your watch back to them. I truly felt my watch was safe and secure. The turnaround time was quick. They received my watch on May 23, 2022 and it was back on my wrist on June 13, 2022. Now that's pretty darn great!
When I got my watch back it was a minute or so behind. I reset it and it was still slow. However, the second time I reset the watch it has been keeping time perfectly. I'm hoping that will be the case until it's time for another service. Fingers crossed that won't be for another 5 years.
I would definitely recommend and use WatchRepair.net again. I thought they were reliable and knowledgeable. They have made me a happy customer and I look forward to being a return customer, too.
