WatchNet is a company that perfectly meets the highest degree of Customer Service. Their contact before, during and after the the work done was the very best. The cost had no "after" additions; the time estimated for the work was better than quoted by several days. The care of the item worked on was unexpectedly great. A shipping container was provided, no cost, the container was such that the item had minimal chance of damage. The same type container was used for the return of the item. Interestingly the containers held GPS tracking units and the item could be tracked by WatchRepair. In short, there is no hesitancy to work with them the next time it is needed

I was a little hesitant to send my watch to watch repair, but I am very happy I did.
Jeff and his team did a fabulous job on my watch. It was returned to me in a few weeks and not only did it look brand new ( this watch was purchased in 2005) but the time which had been off by 2 minutes a day, now kept perfect time.
I would definitely use WatchRepair again and recommend them to anyone with a fine watch.

From the outset I found dealing with the professionals at Watch Repair both efficient and pleasant. Their system of contact and confirmation at each step was reassuring. My formerly beautiful Breitling Chrono Cockpit watch had never been serviced for many years of use except for the replacement of a broken watch band to the point that most of its functions were no longer operating and, in fact, the watch had finally ceased to keep time for more than a few hours before giving up the ghost. Truly a deplorable condition to have allowed to evolve. Enter the professionals at Watch Repair. They promised and indeed delivered back to me in a relatively short time a timepiece fully restored to its original luster and beauty! Every function fully operational! Polished to perfection! I could not be any happier with the results of the fine restoration of my timepiece provided by the folks at Watch Repair! End of November / Beginning of December 2022 I sent my Rolex Submariner off to WatchRepair.net for an overhaul and repair of my mainspring, automatic winding parts and Stem/Set Lever; it came back in perfect condition! It’s a vintage watch of more than 35 years that I wear daily so it needed some real attention. The service was fast, thorough, and my watch performs and looks like new!

Emailed for a free estimate of service on my Breitling. Got a call and discussed what I wanted and might need. They were very knowledgeable and up front about the time and cost of the service. Sent in my watch and about 3 weeks later got it back. It is running perfect and all functions have been restored. I am happy with the service and quality of the work. Would definitely use them again.

Great company to deal with very straight forward they explain the whole procedure for the repair of my wife’s Rolex watch.

I trusted WatchRepair.net with my Tag watch repair. At first I was a little wary of sending my expensive Tag to an online company. There was no need to worry about it at all. The communication was great and was that way all through the process of getting my watch repaired. Jeff and Marc were complete professionals and run their business the way businesses were run in the old days. They care about their customers' needs throughout the whole process. I had my watch back in 3 weeks and it was just like new. They did a complete rebuild of the movement, polished the case and bracelet. It looked better than when it was new. It is keeping time better than when it was new too!!! If I had taken to a dealer, it would have taken months to get it back and it would have cost a lot more money. Very happy with the work done by Marc and Watch Repair on my Omega Speedmaster. First, it is getting very hard to find qualified technical repair people to repair any watch. I was worried I would not find someone, until I found Marc. A Speedmaster is a highly technical watch that needs to be serviced by someone who has not only serviced them before, but realizes that care needs to be taken to replace Omega parts properly. My watch looks essentially brand new and runs flawlessly.

I have sent two watches for repair, Jeff is always available to answer any questions and the work that is performed is top notch. Watches come back and the look brand new and function flawlessly. I would highly recommend them for repairs on any time piece you might own.

I bought my Omega Sea Master Aqua Terra watch in 2007 overseas. I have not been able to wear it for about 4 years. I found WatchRepair.net while trying to find someone that could help me. Of course when you find what you need, but it's on the internet, you can't help but feel apprehensive about mailing your expensive timepiece. I was reasonably comfortable through the first process of sending photos to let them see what they would be cleaning and tuning. Also I had lost the back of my watch. The gentleman searched and was able to find my same back! I was sent a secure box with a tracker to mail my watch. It was pretty incredible. Once they rec'd my watch, I was given an estimate and paid a deposit so that the process could begin. I was kept updated and I received my watch yesterday by UPS with a tracking device. I am so amazed, grateful and happy with WatchRepair.net, and the professionalism of everyone. I highly recommend them to all who have valuable and dear timepieces that need work, or just a tune up!
