What a great company. They have refurbished two Omega watches for me and they both operate and look like they were brand new. Great communications throughout the process and they have developed a fool proof method of transporting the watch from you to them and especially (with a tracker) from them to you. My 20 year old Submariner quit running and I had to find a qualified repair location. I contacted the dealer where we purchased the watch and they informed me that it would be several months before I could expect the watch to be repaired.

I have an Omega Seamaster Professional. The age of the watch is 25 years old. It had never been serviced. The bracelet was falling apart and the clasp was shot. The watch was running slow before the bracelet broke. I saw some great reviews for Jeff and Marc. The watch was fixed with all OEM Omega parts including the bracelet and clasp. The watch got quite a few parts that it needed after 25 years of service. I have to tell you. It's perfect. The watch is running great. I did my research and would certainly recommend Jeff and Marc. Don't be nervous they take the worry out of the repair. They use GPS tracking devices and a Pelican case. You don't get that type of service from a Swiss OEM.

This was the first time we had our 10 year old His & Hers Rolex DateJust watches maintained. We did lots of research on the process and alternatives of factory service center verses independent shops. After narrowing down the options, we also checked the Rolex Owners Forum and multiple reference sources before making the decision on Watch Repair.net.

I talked with Jeff, the President, who walked me thru the entire process from shipping, estimate, maintenance and repair with factory parts and warranty.

We made our decision and everything went exactly as Jeff had promised, in fact repairs quoted as normally 3 to 4 weeks after approval of the detailed estimate, only took 2 weeks, which made my wife very happy. Also, pricing was below Rolex minimums.

My wife's watch could be described as gently worn and the exterior was often cleaned, so to me, it looked like new when we sent it.

However, my watch had a tougher life because I seldom took it off.. I rode a Harley to work rain or shine, an hour each way. I did lots of work around the house including planting landscape plants, mulching, tree pruning, automotive and motorcycle maintenance, various home repairs, usually with my watch on. It was really in pretty bad shape with lots of scratches, wear marks, especially on the band and grit.

We were very pleased with the like new appearance of my watch when it returned. The craftsman did an excellent job on returning the finish of the case, crystal and band to "like new". Even the major wear marks inside the band we're gone.

We will definitely use WatchRepair.net for any future repairs or maintenance for our Rolex watches and recommend them to others.

My late fathers Omega Flight Master has been in my care since his passing some 30 years ago, I wanted to get it repaired for some time but honestly didn't know who I could send it to, how much it would cost, or whom to trust. I contacted them again a few months back and the sent me another shipping container to ship the watch off and I finally did. A few weeks later I was contacted with a quote to overhaul and replace what was needed, the watch was a daily wear item for my father and its condition reflected that. We agreed to the quote and Jeff gave me a timeline for its return. I received the watch back last week, I couldn't be happier, it has been returned to its original glory! Absolutely stunning! Great watch service!! Initially read the reviews and decided to use the service. It was as advertised. They completely renovated my Rolex to a new condition. The parts needed were replaced with original Rolex parts and the watch was .completely reconditioned. The protection for the watch during transport was excellent.

My Tag Carrera was about 10 years old and due for its second overhaul. I chose watchrepair.net vs sending it to tag directly since it was a little cheaper and seemed faster. I REALLY like the live GPS tracking of my watch being sent back to them and once repaired back to me. Was referred to WatchRepair.net through a friend for service on my Wittnauer Professional Chronograph. The watch had not been serviced since I bought it in the early 1970's. The process was efficient and the watch was returned in the timeframe promised. The watch looks and runs like the day it was purchased. Unlike my experiences with Rolex, communication was unbelievable the entire process was exactly as advertised. The cost was about the same as Rolex charged me 7 years ago and the work done was more extensive.
