I called WatchRepair to get an estimate on my Rolex. They gave me a estimate, mailed me the shipping packages with very clear instructions on shipping my Rolex. Two days after receiving my Rolex, I was given a final estimate, and explanation on how long it would take to totally complete their work. Everything went exactly as explained, and I was given a heads up that my watch was on the way home with an extra precaution of a tracking device in the package. An Omega chronometer is not a watch. It is a finely engineered time piece. I have three that range from 20 to 50 years of age. Eventually all watches need maintenance to continue to operate properly. I have used watch repair twice. Each time, they have provided excellent service. Jeff has answered question and took extreme precautions in packing and transporting the watch.

I trusted Jeff and his team again to restore the bracelet on my new (to me) 30 year old President and retime the movement. As Jeff described, the bracelet looks like new! The slack/flex is totally gone and when holding the bracelet at the base and bringing the bracelet and case to horizontal it is straight! Previously there was quite a bit of flex. I had high expectations after my first experience with WatchRepair.net for this restoral and I was not disappointed at all! All else about the process worked flawlessly. I'm very happy with my decision to send my 1995 Omega Seamaster 300 to Watchrepair,net for complete service and overhaul. They did an excellent job servicing my watch and making it better than new.
