SWR brought my old Seamaster back to life. It looks like new and runs perfectly. Took a bit longer than I'd hoped, but Jeff was very helpful and informative. He clearly cares about his customers.

It's a pleasure to do business with WatchRepair. The craftsman ship was excellent. My watch looks as good as the day it was bought. I will Definitely be using their services in the future.
Be patient and you will be very satisfied.
I was skeptical about sending my vintage watch to just anyone for repair, but I took my chances with WatchRepair because reviews were best of the lot.
I contacted WatchRepair mid July and began the repair process by ordering their Pelican box which protected the watch during shipment to them. I received the watch back 22 Nov in perfect condition.
I sent the 50 yr old watch for repair because it was running slow and needed a good cleaning. It needed specially made parts which the WatchRepair engineer had to manufacture.
I strongly recommend WatchRepair but I have to add that you must be patient with them. It took several months round trip for the watch to be repaired and returned.
WatchRepair is a reputable, highly qualified company in which to trust your valuable watch. You must be patient but you will be well satisfied with their work and communication.
Rolex GMT service
Gave my GMT to WatchRepairs.net for its first service after 32 years of continues use.
Mark was very transparent on what will happen both from the service/technical side to the pricing/logistic part of the service.
The actions that followed were exactly as Mark explained.
All watch handling was insured & safe. The unknowns issues that were found after opening the watch, were minimal & not surprising. The watch came back looking & holding time as new.
Will definitely recommend contacting WatchRepairs.net if you are looking for a reliable and trust worthy place to take care of your above average cost watch.
Best Rolex service experience to date for me
For more than 20 years I have been having my watches serviced other companies that claimed to be Rolex service techs. I have never had an experience as professional from start to finish as I did with this company. Including GPS tracking, no hidden cost, follow up calls and emails to let me know status. Hands down a first class operation. watchrepair.net is my new go to for all services and repairs. The pricing was outstanding as well.

Can't really recommend this place for the quality of their repair work, that is quite sloppy. Even for a cheaper quartz Tag Heuer, that is notoriously difficult to repair (replacing the movement), they did a sloppy job. Had to return it to have them actually do the repair, then spent 2 months without any communication on progress until I called them to ask what's up. After that, they fixed the movement, but the backlight functionality now does not operate, and there's even scratches on the case and under the glass. Sorely disappointed, I can't see how they could be trusted with a Rolex or a more expensive piece when it comes to overhaul. Please find another place that does better job. Their only good thing is their trackable packages but that's it.

WR - outstanding service
WR did a outstanding job restoring and repairing my 1945 Breitling Chronomat. Great Service!!
Excellent... Once again!
2nd timepiece I have sent to Marc and the team. Perfect transaction! Great communication, great logistics and shipping process. Love the GPS tracking device included both ways. The Panerai looks brand new. All things considered, well worth the price. I am sure my 3rd submission will be headed their way in the new year! Thanks WR.net team!
Another Beautiful Restoration
I've lost track of the number of watches and colleagues that I've sent to watchrepair.net and everyone I have sent or referred to them has been an outstanding experience handled with great care and concern for the craft. This watch was the oldest in my collection at 30 years old and was delivered to me today in better than new condition.
Breitling Chronomat
I just received my Breitling Chronomat (1990) back yesterday. It was great to see my friend back and in the great operating and appearance standards that I expected. I had this watch serviced back in 2010 by Watchrepair.net. It was operating great, it was just time for a service. The shipping and accountability measures negated any concerns of security. I was contacted by both Jeff and Elana during the course of this process on several occasions to keep me updated. I lost a bezel screw and they were able to fabricate another since vintage parts are difficult to acquire, can't tell it from the other 11 screws. What makes and made me the most pleased is the degree of customer service provided. I whole-heartedly recommend them and I'm in the process of sending my Omega now for service.

My husband bought me a watch on the website, The Realreal. The watch worked for a couple of months, then stopped. I sent it in, it is now back and looks beautiful but more importantly it works beautifully. They have an extremely secure system for shipping the watch, keeping you informed. A very good resource.
Great experience
My Breiting is 20 years old and had never been serviced. Several things were going bad and I decided it was time to get it overhauled. I Googled Breitling repair and was on the verge of sending it to Breiting. I noticed WR's add, read the comments and decided to take a chance on them. One of the best decisions of my life. The shipping arrangements were top notch and the work was completed ahead of their estimate. My watch looks and runs like brand new. I heartily recommend these guys.
Wow! What an amazing service experience
Wow! I have never experienced better customer service or better communication or a better watch repair experience than with WatchRepair.net. Jeff and Marc made the service and repair of my Omega Speedmaster an excellent and secure experience. They even went beyond what is expected when I needed an issue on the watch corrected just after the warranty period had passed. They deserve the highest recommendation!
Fantastic Watch Repair: WatchRepair.net
I found WatchRepair.net on the internet and was looking for a reputable repair service for my 15+ year old Omega Speedmaster Triple date Automatic. It had not been serviced in 9+ years, suffered a minute hand illumination issue and had some bracelet issues. I had Marc at WatchRepair.net quote an overhaul and the repairs. The quote and the time frame for repair were very reasonable. Today I received my watch back...early. Wow! It is beautiful...just like new. I set the Time and Date and it has been keeping time. I exercised the Chronograph functions...perfect. I recommend WatchRepair.net and will use them in the future. The Shipping to/from their facility is very secure; they provide not only a pelican case for shipment but a GPS tracker in the case so you know where your watch is at any time (update is 25min). Great Service.
My fourth Omega repair by Marc…
This is the fourth time Marc and his team have overhauled my Omegas. So far he has restored my Omega Moon Watch, my triple date Omega and twice my 007 Omega. The latter watch I have had for 19 years and just needed another overhaul after all these years. They all are returned looking like new. I have a total of 9 Omegas in my collection and when it's time, Marc will get these too. I just picked up my Triple Date today that he overhauled, which I have had over 25 years, and it's beautiful. Thank you.
WatchRepair Will Exceed Your Expectations
I have an Omega Speedmaster that was a graduation present in 1970. I met Buzz Aldrin (second man on the moon in 1969) at an event at West Point, showed him the Omega and asked if that was the watch he wore on the moon. He replied that the watch he wore was exactly like mine. Needless to say, the watch is very special to me because of Buzz. But it was not running and needed cleaning badly. I found WatchRepair on the internet and did some research on them, including calling and speaking with them about my watch. I decided they were the real deal and sent the Speedmaster and a 1962 vintage Omega Seamaster to them for cleaning and repair. I just received the Speedmaster and it looks great and runs great. The Seamaster was not in good shape, and it will be a while longer before I receive it. But I am confident that it will return in superb shape just as the Speedmaster did.
Jeff Herman and Marc Imberman and others on the WatchRepair team were knowledgeable, easy to reach and very helpful. They were as concerned about my watches as I am, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone with a watch problem or need
GREAT service!
I recieved the watch back in the time I was told and it looked brand new and wound very smoothly! I'm super happy with it now and I highly recommend this company! They took excellent care of everything, kept every promise and answered all my questions.

I cannot say enough about the quality of service I received from Jeff, Marc, and team. I of course had a lot of questions about sending my watch to a company I found on the web, but they put me at ease, repaired the watch quickly, and now it looks and works like new ... outstanding.
My 65 year-old Omega
I bought this watch at Camp Eagle in Viet Nam when my Timex died. It was the only one that did not have a luminous dial that anybody could see at night. After 65 years, it needed a complete overhaul and is working like new. Maybe better
Just like clockwork
After being told by Tag-Heuer that my watch was too old to be serviced, I was elated to fid WatchRepair on line. After a brief and reassuring phone conversation I sent my 4000 series Tag-Heuer in for service and repair. Even though it isn't a particularly precious watch, I have grow quite fond of it since it accompanied me on may sailing voyages and epic bike rides across the continent. Along every step of the way the crew at WatchRepair has take great care and delivered a pristine watch back to me. I can highly recommend Jeff, Marc ad all the other people involved. Well done!
