I would highly recommend watch repair.com My experience was nothing but great with my rolex. Repairs were fine, cost was reasonable, but my watch was refurbished to the point when I opened the box I thought it was the wrong watch. I plan to send my other rolex to them for repair. Also turnround time was very good

This is my second experience with WatchRepair.net and I am happy to say everything went as expected. I am happy with the overhaul performed on my Rolex as well as the rebuild on the band. They team at WatchRepair.net are well informed, professional and take great strides to assure you on the care and attention given for your valued timepiece.

I was initially skeptical about sending my watch to an unknown company many miles from home. Marc and his team did a fantastic job shipping, inspecting, repairing, cleaning and certifying my watch to like new condition. Communication during the process was timely and accurate. I will enjoy this watch for many more years.

The watch looks like new and so far keeps perfect time, The experience was easy, secure, and I am fully satisfied. I highly recommend the service and will use it again.

I took my Tag Heuer Carrera day/date to a Tag dealer to get an estimate which I've found ridiculous. I've found watchrepair.net on line and I have to say that they met and then exceeded my expectations. From the security that they use to receive and send back the watch, to the communication, all is top notch. The watch looks incredible. I've never serviced my watch since new (over 10 years) so it needed a complete overhaul. Their prices are beyond reasonable, but again, the transaction was extremely smoot and easy. Totally recommend them for anyone wanting to service their watches.

I could not be happier with the job that WatchRepair.net did on my Submariner. It really does look brand new as others have mentioned. I had several questions along the way and they answered all my promptly. They definitely exceeded my expectations and I will use them again.

I received a 1945 breitling 787 many years ago that did not function. My father in law had brought it back from WWII. From what I'm told it hadn't run for over 50 years. I'd had local watch makers tell me that the internals were beyond repair. I Sent it to watchrepair.net and got an estimate on repairs. The estimate was reasonable, especially considering that the watch was made in 1945 and is a chronometer. All parts were found though through their intensive search.
I'm truly amazed how well the watch runs and how good it looks now. Watchrepair.net did a wonderful job on repairing and bringing it back to life.
This watch is now my daily and its taken the place of my TAG CARRERA.
Communication could have been better. Maybe there is an app that can be used to track repairs and inform the customer that repairs will take longer than expected. I was quoted 6-8 weeks when it actually took around 12 weeks.
Overall I'm very satisfied with the repairs and refurbishment of this beautiful watch.
BTW, thank you for adding a new strap.

First off, I'm thrilled to have my Oyster Perpetual back after many years where I thought it was lost. That's another story but when I found it, I decided to give it a new life. After calling around and getting some major sticker shock from Rolex, I found Jeff Herman and WatchRepair.net. Like many others, I was pretty nervous about sending it through the mail to someone I don't know. But after reading so many positive reviews I decided to go for it and I'm glad I did. They did a fabulous job of bringing my old watch back to life. We also agreed it needed a new Jubilee band as mine was stretched out and beyond repair. Today it looks like a new watch!

I'd like to add one more comment. Sometimes the true measure of a company is their follow-up service and warranty work. After wearing my watch for a couple months I had an issue with the band, I called Jeff and received the same great, courteous service. He took care of all the packaging and instructions to keep my watch safe just like the first time around.

If you need a repair and you're a bit hesitant all I can tell you is just go for it. You'll get great service at a very fair price.

It's been about two weeks since I got my watch back from WatchRepair.net, it is a 13-year-old Rolex Air King with a blue face. Upon unpacking it, I adjusted the time and made sure it was wound properly. It has not stopped and has kept time perfectly since. Before I sent it to them it hardly stayed wound over night and was always off by five minutes. After servicing it works perfectly and looks brand new. It was worth every penny to have WatchRepair. Net service my Rolex. It required several new parts, but it is such a pleasure to have it back. Even some friends remarked the watch looked new. My Rolex is my everyday watch. I think I wore it every day from the beginning. I wear it in the pool, in the ocean, and when I'm just working around the house except when I'm using machinery. It is a great watch and the people at WatchRepair.net did an excellent job reconditioning it. BTW, the shipping process was a breeze, and you can track it, in real time, away and returning. Thanks guys. I recommend them completely.

Terrible. I sent my Rolex back 3 times and it still doesn’t wind automatically and when hand wound it doesn’t stay as wound as a Seiko watch I built myself. These guys do not know what they are doing.

I was concerned about sending my beloved omega 2054.50 "Peter Blake" to a watchmaker found on the internet. Boy were my concerns unfounded. Watch repair.net is far and away the best watch work experience I have had including factory or AD work. I have had this watch, bought secondhand, for 5 years. It was in good working order when I got it, but nothing near the condition It is in, after the overhaul was done. It is perfect! I am very very happy with the work done. I wholeheartedly recommend watch repair.net for treasured watches.

Beginning with my initial inquiry regarding the repair of my watch I was impressed with the professional and timely communication I had with WatchRepair.net. WatchRepair.net provided a rock solid shipping case with the required prepaid UPS shipping material. Once my watch was received WatchRepair.net acknowledged receipt of my watch, then shortly I received a very detailed explanation of the required repairs and the cost. That came via a telephone call and e-mail. Once the repair was completed I was contacted with detailed shipping information.

Marc and Jeff, I feel like I did the day I purchased my Rolex 30 years ago. It is beautiful. Your organization has true crafts people working on these watches. There is true talent behind the scene. As you know the band was so stretched and the crown was not functioning properly. I had received a quote for a new band from Rolex and what they pushed was for me to trade it in and buy a new watch. The price for just the band was four times the cost that you performed for a total rebuild. Did I say its beautiful. You made me feel at easy when we first talked about your professional operation and everything you said you followed through with. Today my Omega Seamaster Midsize Automatic watch came home from the WatchRepair.net hospital and it looks fantastic… I have worn this watch everyday for the last 20 years. That was my problem, the Seamaster had not been serviced since 2003, it was purchased in 1998. After scolding me for taking so long, Jeff took on the servicing of my Omega Seamaster.

Again, my Omega Seamaster looks GREAT and runs beautifully… WatchRepair updated me on parts needing replacement and the total repair cost and that was that… I will keep using WatchRepair.net (don’t want another scolding) and spreading the word about their great service.
