Definitely a scam
Definitely a scam, bought a watch and provided a tracking number which said nothing was ever picked up. Numerous emails with the seller which they constantly contradicted themselves to be then told it wasn't being sold /shipped from the UK as advertised and was I fact coming from overseas despite having a Royal mail tracking number! Their shipping policy is completely different to their reply on here! They're also advertised as a British company, when their reply shows that English is not their first language so that is also false! The UK address advertised on their website is also false, it is in fact a closed down council flat! So no one can live there never mind run a business!

I am very pleased with the watch I ordered. There was a problem with the courier but Alex was very good and sorted it out sending me a new watch next day delivery. His communication was great and he reassured me that he would sort it which he did. I would definitely buy from Alex again.

The package arrived probably 2 days earlier. The watch is exactly what I was expecting to be. It's a birthday present for my son and he is over the moon. We only had to shorten the strap as it was too big for him but that was expected. Strongly recommend.
