The set of watches I purchased was lovely and up to standard

The watch is lovely, it is a truly stunning blue MK watch, with a attractive bracelet, and my hubby is made up with it. Delivery was very quick too. The tool to take the links off wasn’t very got to be fair, but will take to a jeweller now they’re open.
However, I would have given 5* but I emailed and rang the company several times for some advice before ordering on the contact details given on their website, but they never responded. I don’t understand why you provide contact details but customers can’t get in touch with you, or don’t get replied to. This needs to be improved in my opinion.

The gold plated stainless steel watch was posted and arrived as requested by 24 hour signed for delivery. It's been only a week and it seems to be keeping exact time to the second. Will continue to monitor...Can't complain about anything so far!

Product as described and delivery was prompt and as advertised,the only reason not given a full 5 stars is I was advised on the sellers site to download an app to track the delivery,even though this could be done through the royal mail,but this app tracked the package as being out for delivery in northern Ireland when it was actually at my local royal mail delivery office in Nottingham!
