fantastic they do what it says on the tin

I thought I knew which watch I wanted but when the first watch arrived (the day after I placed the order!) I had reservations that it would be to my husband's taste. I contacted customer services by email and had a very pleasant and helpful response from Rebecca who advised that I order the new watch separately to returning the first one. I placed my order, my watch arrived the next day and this time I have chosen the right one! I haven't been able to return the first one yet but have been assured that I can do that next week if necessary.

I ordered the Marc by Marc Jacobs Men's MBM5077 Tan Leather Watch - Fergus Collection - MBM5077 - which appeared on your site at image attached and described with a blue dial colour. I received yesterday my order but the dial face is black not blue with no red detailing? I was going to purchase this watch from Watchshop, until I read a review stating that they has advertised this blue faced watch however sent a watch that is also the incorrect one that I received, and they did not stock the product they had presented in the photo, which I why I chose to order from you. Therefore, i hope you can understand my disappointment when i received the wrong watch which was intended as a christmas present.

Please can you get back to me as soon as possible and tell me if you stock the watch that I purchased?
