My order was delivered the next day as promised. I had a bit of trouble with the clasp in adjusting the strap length. I sought some advice in an email and had a response right away. I love my watch - its a Skagen.

It is a gift so I will hold off from saying more till my person receiving it can answer. All I know is the parcel arrived exactly when it was supposed to, no damage, and watch looks good.

Very happy, watch ordered and turned up within a few days, looks great, only negative comment is that the presentation case was cracked/split on one side which is unfortunate as the watch is a Christmas gift!

Checked this site yesterday and saw a product advertised at £125.00, details on site stated check availability so i did. I was told delivery would be at the end of january.
Wanting to check with my partner i decided that i would call again today or order on line.Please do note that the time was approx 4.30pm.
Today by a miracle the price has increased to £165.00 and items are back in stock.
Your live web chat staff member states that goods have arrived back into stock this morning and your supplier has increased the price.
come on !!!!

It is a shame as i did want to order from yourselves, i have worked in a very busy retail enviroment for numerous years deliveries do not just turn up. In the real world you would have been aware when stock was arriving in. You would have also been certain as to what your costs would have been when your order was placed.
You state that your suppliers price was increased there is no way a business waits for stock to arrive in and then realise what there cost was.

I previously ordered my watch from another online site but delivery was put back from 3rd Dec to 20th Dec. So I cancelled it and ordered it from the Watch Supermarket instead. I wasn't disappointed!
