Sold a Cartier Santos via consignment with these chaps and as ever, excellent from start to finish. I was quoted a price and managed to return what I was after. Quick payment once all the paperwork had been signed off. Will no doubt return again!

I had a horrible experience when selling my watch through watchtrader. I had the watch on consignment and I would not receive any updates and when I asked if it has been sold, They confirmed it has but would then go silent on me. Fast track two weeks chasing my money and how much it sold for, They would finally tell me but then it took another 3 weeks of me chasing to receive my payment.
be careful with these people, On social media seem great but over the phone they are very hard to trust.

Enquired about a watch, thought it was reasonable to ask for further pictures as I could see marks on the Images on the website. Was told it had no marks as it had been polished since being posted on the website....fair enough, asked to see new picfures now it had been polished, nothing.

All that after being told, I wouldn't care if it was scratched for the price they were asking! No thanks, maybe less time on social media and more time effectively communicating with your potential customers. Fair to say, i won't be considering any purchases in the future..... Especially as what you get could be different to what you see on their website.

Fantastic watch and very easy to deal with and this company went out of their way to help me, when my watch arrived it was in prestine like new condition.

Purchased a £5k watch from these people, not a great experience! I dealt with someone on whatsapp, very rough negotiating skills and writing skills. Talking like rubbish, all he was saying is that they are buying over 180 watches a month. So what? Didn’t want to send an invoice, just sent the bank details, go ahead send £5k into this account. Thanks, I won’t without a proper invoice and emailed to me. 2 stars just so I don’t give one!
