Just got my order from Christmas. I ordered pants and a hoodie. Only the hoodie came and it’s not the one I ordered. Website no longer exist and I get no response back from their customer service email. What a scam. $120 down the drain.

I ordered in November 2024. I have continued to reach out for updates every month or so. In May 2025 I asked for a full refund in which they said no and that all sales are final. This is fine if I actually had a product but they just take your money and provide nothing. We are in August 2025 and nothing.

They are fake !

This company needs to be sued. This is the most awful company in the world son ordered items back in December 2024 we have still yet to receive it and we are in June 2025 by the time he receives the item he would not longer be able to wear. The items of the items are no longer need. It would like a refund can’t get in touch with anybody awful awful awful. I do not recommend anybody order from this site and I am trying to find a way to sue them

Purchased an item that we never received months ago. I have tried to contact the company through support email address and ZERO response.

I ordered back in December and never received the hoodie. Your site says you have delays but you want a review? That’s more than a delay, you took a bunch of peoples money and scammed.

I placed an order in November and still have not received the item paid for as of 4/17/25. Website states shipping takes a week. It’s been months. Partial refund was requested and denied.

I ordered a sweated on December 6, 2024 and have yet to receive it. I even asked for a reinmbursement a couple months back and was told they couldn't do that. They said I just had to wait. Contacted them again for an update and have not heard back!

By far the worst order I've ever placed been waiting almost 4 months for what was supposed to be xmas gift

Never received our order. It was a Christmas gift for our son.

Order was placed back on December and we never received 2 hoodies ordered online. Customer Care was contacted and replied with an email but no follow up was provided, and the refund was never received.

I placed an order on 12/28/2024, and have never received it. The company refused to provide a refund, even though the item never shipped. I had no choice but to go through my credit card company. I would not recommend this company.

I have yet to receive my package

I haven't received my order yet that I placed in December 2024. I emailed twice with no response either. Can I please cancel my order and get a full refund at least instead of being completely ignored ?

Horrible, It’s been 3 months and I haven’t gotten my jacket.
