Non existent customer service

The water is fine but the customer service is awful. Since the "upgrade" the app no longer works. I never know when my delivery date will be, which with the app that used to be easy, along with easily adjusting what I wanted in my delivery. I've tried multiple times to log into the website so I can find my delivery date, but it never works. When I reach out for help, all they do is send me the link to reset my password, which I've already done more times than I can count. But they're a monopoly; there's so no one else in the area to get bottled water from

Appalling stupidity

Appalling stupidity - one of their machines beat me for $3.25 so I wrote these morons to get a refund. Instead they offered a coupon on my water deliveries in San Jose, Ca. I live in Florida. Can't talk them out of it. Incredible.

GREAT DELIVERY DRIVER!

I live in a brand new community and some delivery drivers are unable to locate the community on Google Maps. This delivery driver took the time out to give me a call and ask for a landmark.
