I love the delivery being on time and…

So tasty an helpful

We have well water which has rust, lime an other minerals in it so for drinking we love your water. And your delivery people are very helpful by bringing the heavy bottles that us seniors can't carry. We thanks them for doing that for us.

Five Star Service.

With my monthly Ready Refresh home delivery service, I receive an email 5 or so days before my delivery date reminding me to go to the delivery site to make any changes I might have to make in my delivery and confirm my order. On my delivery day, I receive an email giving me an ETA of my delivery which is pretty accurate. The Driver follows the instructions I have given them as to where at the house to deliver the order. The drivers are regularly on time, friendly, and are accurate with the correct order I placed. Sound like Five Star Service to me. Thank you Primo!

Worst

Fine for a year. Then order dates changed every week. Deliveries were set to be delivered two weeks before I wanted them. I was constantly calling and within a few days my day has been changed to another date when I'm not home again. I'm 77 years old and disabled and I need to be here to open the door. I talked to two supervisors and they promised to call me back the next day week later they never did I did get a third supervisor she promised to call me back.
