Fantastic experience with Water Babies!
My daughter has been attending Water Babies since she was just 3 months old — now she’s one year, and it’s been such a wonderful journey. She absolutely loves her lessons and gets so excited every time she sees the pool!

I’ve seen her grow more confident in the water with each session, and it’s all thanks to Jennifer, our amazing tutor. Her energy, kindness, and genuine passion for teaching children to swim make every class a joy. We truly appreciate her and everything she does!

My little girl joined Waterbabies at just 3months old and left at 4 years old. With this great start her swimming has come on leaps and bounds. Now aged 8 she is swimming for her school in competitions. I believe this is because of the fantastic way they are taught as babies to embrace the water. Cannot recommend Waterbabies enough for those wanting to do an activity together with skills that will stay with them forever.

Love the lessons for my 10 month old, they're fun as well as informative and instilling great health and safety practices - he's been going since he was 5 months and has grown his confidence in the water, he hated going under water at first but now enjoys it so much. We went on holiday recently and he loved being in the pool and we used a lot of the swimming techniques we learnt in the lessons. I think that swimming for babies is so important, our 4 year old did water babies for 3 years and is now already swimming on his own and ahead of his peers in his current swimming lessons.

Water babies was fantastic, I used them for all 3 of my children and they loved it. The lessons were so fun and made learning to swim fun.

The swimming lessons overall were great but there cancellation policy not so great. My daughter was ill in hospital but they required proof to show she had been in hospital and the doctors had said she shouldn’t swim. Sometimes I lost a lot of money due to my daughter being in hospital many times and then requiring a doctors note which I was told I would have to pay for.

We've been bringing our twin boys to class since they were 7 weeks old and it's become the highlight of our week. The teacher is fantastic and encouraging and we would never have anticipated taking them underwater so early. The boys have come to love water already and are so chilled in the lessons and interested in the other babies. There have been issues for the last 3 or so weeks with pool and shower temperature, hence a slightly lower rating- otherwise it would be 5 stars.

The lessons themselves are incredible. It’s so memorising to see your baby swim and gain confidence in the water. We started as soon as we could and I think it brought on her development by leaps and bounds in comparison to peers. The started walking at 9 months.

The reason I rate three stars is because you are not able to get credits for missed lessons. We had a month were we missed three lessons because she was sick one week, then we went on holiday and the following week so we missed three lessons and had to pay for them all. Based on the price of the lessons I think it should be simpler to arrange credits.

It would be nice if both parents could attend the swimming lesson. It would make changing after swimming a lot easier.

Jo, the swimming teacher, is amazing! She has incredible knowledge and techniques, making every lesson both fun and effective.

Her passion and patience truly shine through—she has the softest, most reassuring voice, which instantly makes both babies and parents feel at ease.

It’s no surprise that all the babies LOVE her!

We had to unfortunately move to another pool and we will sincerely miss her.

Lesson is amazing and teacher super helpful. Facilities are a bit lacking with showers very often out of use and crammed changing areas.

I have been so pleased with my experience with water babies. From booking the lessons, to being greeted on the first lesson with extra support, to rapid responses via email. The lessons themselves are well constructed and you can see the progressions of the different skills build each week, and the teachers are fantastic. I would thoroughly recommend water babies.

We had great sessions as of now and the staff and teachers are very friendly and helpful.

Really great teacher. Pool is a little colder than previous water babies classes. So needed to buy my some a wetsuit. But his water confidence has grown so much. It’s not the most private venue, as it’s a hotel so other guests use the pool. But that hasn’t been an issue for us. We’ve had a great experience

My son has been having swimming lessons with water babies for almost 3 years, since he was 2 months! And he absolutely loves swimming! He loves going underwater and we get lots of compliments on how confident he is already for his age! We love it so much that we recently enrolled our daughter and she is also truly a water baby. We love the lessons and especially our teacher Dana! She does an amazing job and we really recommend water babies to everyone! It’s really a fun way to learn the importance of water safety and swimming!
