Ollie from Waterfords in fleet has been such a star. It’s was so nice to have such a great experience with an estate agent after such a bad one. Ollie always went above and beyond and was always available when I needed anything. I was updated weekly by Ollie and he was there every step of the way which is exactly what we needed on buying our first home. Ollie is an asset to the team!

I was able to view two properties in the same day and Alexsey showed us both of these. Had all relevant information and any he didn’t have was found out and emailed to us. He got the ball rolling with our processing as soon as we expressed interest. Definitely made the whole process easier than I expected it to be.

I was very impressed by Henry’s professionalism when I viewed a property last week. He was super efficient and extremely well informed about the property and local area. No ‘hard sell’ at all and listened, with refreshingly calm and helpful insight.

Harry was very helpful when booking us in for a house viewing, he was quick and efficient and was happy to answer any questions we had, James, who showed us around the property was also very helpful and had good knowledge on the property we were viewing.

Had Sandra take myself and my boyfriend around to three houses and being the unorganised person I am, managed to double book with other viewings and I also went to the wrong address too! Me thinking I've messed up the rest of her day, got stressed. She was able to put my mind at ease that everything was ok. She was smiling the entire time and was always polite, she gave a lot of detail about each house and was able to answer any question we had. She also never rushed through the viewings (never hinted we were late, or reminding us that there were other people she had to see that day)
I can tell she's very experienced, knows the right thing to say no matter the situation and was very easy to talk to, even if she has back to back appointments!

I have just sold my late parents property through Waterfords of Fleet and I have been extremely happy with the service I received. just completed buying my 1st property in UK. It was very hard journey in this turbulant period. But I had fantastic service from Waterford from begining to an end. An special thank goes to Oliver and Sandra for great help. I worked with few Estate agents through this process, but I must say the professionalism friendliness showed by them far better than the others. I have had great service from the Waterford’s team in Camberley,who have been dealing with the sale of my flat. I must give special mention to Sandra though who has been my most regular contact keeping me well informed throughout. There have been various delays with solicitors acting and she has been vigorous in chasing them. She has really pushed especially in the last few weeks to finally get the sale over the line ( contracts exchanged at least anyway ) and for that Sandra deserves my heartfelt thanks . Very happy to recommend Waterford’s based on my experience.
