Battery life and / or charger is…
Battery life and / or charger is hopeless. I recently put it on charge for 3 days and it only did half my mouth before stalling out. A shame because it has many good features

Spare Parts Farce
Bought a waterpik, product was great but the resevoir leaked very quickly, tried to order a new one and out of stock for months, when in stock I tried to order immediately and out of stock straight away, shows the demand for spare parts so must be a flawed design. Waterpik sits there useless, avoid.

There was a problem when I tried to…
There was a problem when I tried to make payment. This occurred twice.
I have had Waterpiks before and had good experience using them so I persevered.
After calling Waterpik I finally made payment but it did not inspire confidence.
Once received all I can say, is that it was worth the wait.
Waterpiks are great.
