First-rate service!
My wife switched to a Waterpik some six years ago when we moved house and there was no room around the sink for her [beefier] Hydrofloss Kitty.
It had served her well but the feed pipe snapped in two and suffice to say my wife wanted it sorted! Well, seeing that the item is made in China I wasn't at all hopeful, so was delighted to find the UK rep has a very comprehensive stock of parts and at very sensible-looking prices to boot.
Their website is beautifully presented and works a treat, and when I phoned to see if I could extend my internet order (as when I came to clean the machine I thought I might as well get a new reservoir and jet for good measure to give it the 'as new' look) they happily did all they could to accommodate my request.
Highly recommended.
