I bought 5 Xmas balls for outdoors. The shipment took a while, but I got them. Inflated them and right away I noticed 2 Balls were damaged. The other 2 started to loose air slowly. The balls don´t look like close to the pictures posted on their website. Not shiny, no lights. Total cheap products and very badly fabricated. Paid with Paypal, so I opened a complain. Seller answered right away, but not as I expected. They don´t accept they are wrong. They don´t accept to return the itmes, They don´t refund full. They offer a "compensation" that goes from 9,98% till 31,9%. And I bet if you keep changing complaints, They will still raise the percentage, but never in full 100%. I lost my patiance after 8 days changing mails. Now it is on the hands of Paypal to solve this for me. Hope to get my money back. Pity I am not able to post the pictures here. It would be plus to show how bad this website/seller is.

After a week I open a case with Paypal, I got full refund.

This website is a complete scam - none of The items I received matched the depiction on the website. They were all Chinese knock-offs - would not recommend anyone buy anything off this site!

I ordered nice, big Christmas ornaments (balls) for outside, metal and illuminated. Waited two months and when asked for a delivery date I only got a rude answer. Eventually they got thipped and waht I received were inflateable balls for the kids and the swimming pool. Looks a lot like Nigeria scam to me!!!

I hate that I have to give this site even 1 star. They are terrible and should be avoided and shut down. I ordered 2 yard ornaments, never received a confirmation email or shipping information. I was told it should ship in 10-15 days. It has now been 6 weeks and I haven’t received my items. I have contacted them many times and responses are rare, vague at best and barely in English. They will not provide a refund, they will only offer 20% off a future purchase…as if that would even happen! I finally received a USPS tracking number which says my items were “delivered” in NY. The completely wrong state. It’s all a lie. Please don’t waste your money!

Don't was your money, nothing like the pictures, just an inflatable ball

What a waste of money! It took a month and a half for them to arrive only for me to be completely disappointed. They are absolutely nothing like the picture. It is very misleading- the color is not even close to the red as advertised, and there is no way to tether them to the ground, which is not mentioned at all in the product description. With what was sent to me, it would be like putting very large beach balls loose in my front yard. Don’t waste your money.

Placed order on Oct. 15,2021. Still no delivery. Email address doesn’t work and phone number provided doesn’t world. According to other reviews here I’m going to be sorely disappointed

If I could put a zero I would! This company is a scam... I paid £40 for their inflatable baubles... waited a month and a half for them to arrive and they are beyond ridiculous. They look nothing like what was advertised, it is criminal. I did manage to get a reply (in broken English) when I asked for a refund but they only offered me a 5% voucher for their website as the products I did receive are considered 'usable'. Now they have just stopped replying and I am left out of pocket and the new owner of the most rubbish blow up balls! Avoid this website at all costs! I can not stress this enough...

We placed an order for 2 x Xmas inflatable decorations. Email responses from the company were rare and when they did respond, it was with broken English and no specifics about shipping or delivery dates. The goods cost us over $40 AUD each. Finally, ONE ONLY item arrived 5 weeks after ordering. It was no more than an oversized plastic inflatable beach ball. Probably barely worth $5 at K Mart. Long delivery lead time, poor responses and low value product for what was charged. The product does not match in any way, what was presented on their advertisement. I suggest you review their Terms and Conditions. Their disclaimers are something beyond unbelievable.

I tried writing Them several times because of Long delivery, but No messages. So surpriced it actually arrived, but not surpriced it looked nothing like the images on the website.

Made an order for a Halloween wreath, it took over a month to arrive when they stated it would take 10-15 days. When it did arrive it looked nothing like the image and was damaged. When I tried to contact them, all three email address they have either on their website or emailed me from before no longer exist. So there is no way I can ask for a refund for the damaged product. I would avoid at all costs.
