I bought a Rip Curl Mens E-Bomb 4/3mm Zip Free Wetsuit in December 2020. The buying experience was good and hassle-free, and the wetsuit was initially warm and comfortable. However, I'm really disappointed with the longivity of the wetsuit. The material which seals the seams isn't as stretchy as the suit, so it quickly detaches. This means that the wetsuit leaks terribly, all over, so it is no longer warm. The neoprene isn't sufficiently strong for a surfing wetsuit - I spent a few hours on a longboard this summer and the neoprene in the knee area completely disintegrated. The fabric inner and outer layer of the neoprene is fine, and it hasn't made a hole right through, but the middle layer of neoprene as gone, so there is nothing left there! The soft neoprene around the neck area is disintegrating so it just flushes water through constantly. It is now relegated to a summer suit only, and I'm going to have to buy a new winter suit - after only 1 full winter in the water. The suit is always washed in clean water after surfing, and dried out of the sun. It's stored in comfortable temperatures... There's no excuse for it to be failing so quickly. I'll not be buying a Rip Curl suit as my replacement.

They had the Crewsaver ErgoFit+ 190N Hammar life jackets that I needed, but not as many as I needed, in stock. Hopefully they will restock soon. The site is clear and easy to use, transmits a good feeling of customer focus and friendliness and the delivery has been reliable in my experience. My only suggestion is to offer an express delivery service option, for those times when we need something urgently (not my case, this time).
