After some initial problems regarding my order from WaterUps then notification of the issue, WaterUps very quickly and positively dealt with the matter.

I am completely satisfied by the response and look forward to setting up my wicking beds.

I learned about the waterups and got to have a first hand look at the Sustainability festival with excellent helpful advice. That’s where I realised this is what I need to improve my gardening experience and get better outcomes. I love my waterup pots, the blueberry is loving it and the basil is going great guns! I can leave the pots and not worry about watering nearly as often. The plants love them and so do I.

Great product on the market gives you the ability to make most garden beds and pots into self-wicking which is groundbreaking.

They are ahead of the game with this technology

Pleased with product to date. Unhappy with delivery - noted signature required upon delivery & this was ignored. Boxes left at my front door against my wishes.

The product works well and very easy to set up. I would suggest having the wicking pipe pre-cut as not everyone has a cutting tool handy, particularly older customers who have bought the wicking pot for ease of use.

Great product, easy to put together and get working. Highly recommend getting the netting along with it.

My veggies doesn’t appear to be growing very well not sure if the self watering system is working as good as I thought 🤷‍♀️
For the money I paid I’m not very satisfied

Amazing product, I have had in for 12 months now and had year round vegetables with minimal effort. The fact that almost no weeding is required is amazing. I modified myself and added float valves to maintain the water level and connected to my retic that comes on once a week to top up. I have got as close as possible to maintenance free vegetable gardens

Easy to assemble, quick delivery. Would have preferred that they deliver on the date I requested as there was no one home when they delivered and I had to go to the Post Office to collect. Was a huge bundle of packages as I purchased a kit.
