I found my Waterups planter easy to set up and so far the lemon tree I planted is going well. I’ve only had to fill up with water a couple of times so far which is really good. I’m thinking about buying some more.

I have 5 waterups self watering pots, the first was a competition win, the. I bought another 4.
They are well made, robust, the system works well and we have had great veggie growth in them. I like that the walls of the pot are fairly thick.
Great that they come with perlite for the wicking wells.
Assembly is super easy and simple.
I like the volume of water that is retained in the wells.
I have another commercial self watering system and 5 that I have made myself, the Waterups pot look so visually pleasing compared to the others.

Easy ordering and quick delivery during the silly season.

It all works perfectly and so easy to put together. My veggies are growing happily.

I needed advice about spare parts which I received promptly. My subsequent order was dispatched quickly.

Starightforward to setup and when you have a question, you actually get a phone call from someone who really wants to help. They even helped me brainstorm how to convert it into a hydroponics system. Just amazing!

Just wanted to share with you a comparison test I did between a Waterups and a felt bag container with an olla.

Same soil, same tomato plant variety and seedling size.

The outright winner is Waterups!

Love my Waterups square planters. Very useful and my plants (lemon, lime, orange and fig tree) are doing so well. Will definitely buy more in the future.

I bought two square planters and the trolleys with casters to go underneath. Am happy with the quality of the products although one of the casters needs to be re-affixed as it's not rotating properly. I found the assembly video excellent for the planters although it would have been helpful to know in advance how much potting mix would be needed. Not so easy to find info on the website and I didn't receive invoice etc promptly. Staff were helpful when I called. I bought the planters through TVSN and the trolleys through the website.

Product works fine. However, their customer service department, was quite rude and unhelpful. No shipping details were provided in the email sent and it was left to me to chase it up. I contacted the manager, who turned out to be the exact opposite. He couldn't have been more helpful in tracking down my order. I would highly recommend the product, environmentally, aesthetically and horticulturally.

They appear to be doing what they are meant to. But I have only just installed them a week ago.
So far I am very happy but need more time…

Quick delivery, easy to assemble and quality product which works a treat.

I setup 2 waterups wicking bed on my rural property that I visit once a fortnight. My plants are thriving, I am really impressed. All I need to do is put some organic matter in the bed or top up the water during my visits. I don’t need to worry about my plants dying from lack of water.
