Been using these guys for years. Never let me down, 100% reliable. Most recently Gareth did an excellent job and also let our manager's son watch him for most of the day as the young lad is planning to do a plumbing course in September. Went miles beyond what he needed to do, explaining as he went. The job itself was cracking.

Having Air conditioning is heaven!
I use Waterworx for all my plumbing and gas needs. So when I saw they now offer Air conditioning, they were my go to company to offer AC solutions to cool the house in all this hot weather. It was a very professional and easy install. Started off with a house consultation to discuss what system requirements were and the different options available. They listened to my needs and worked with me to find the right product. Bosch Worcester was the selected AC as this has the option of connecting to WiFi to allow smart home applications (very handy to be able to remotely turn on/off and schedule timings for when we are coming home or leaving. No wasted energy then)
The best bit, the price was fantastic. Way more economical than I expected it to be.
Very tidy and clean fitment. Easy to use and now no more hot and uncomfortable days and nights. An absolute joy to have a cool house in this heat wave!

Boiler service with new temperature control and anti-limescale system
We just bought the Aquabion water system to get rid of limescale and the Wiser temperature control system.
We were very specific in our requirements and Waterworx got what we requested quickly and in close communication with us to make sure it is exactly what we wanted. The installation was very simple and quick without any dirt. They also did a boiler service, and although some new parts were needed, they did what was required without any unnecessary upsell techniques.

Waterworx were very prompt
Waterworx were very prompt with issuing a quote to change our boiler which was very old. We also had two new radiators fitted and today they changed the pump. They arrived with in the given time frame, tidy up when they've finished the work and we're friendly and helpful during the visit. The price quoted was also very reasonable. We would definitely recommend.

Large Electrical Job - Multi Consumer Units
Recently wanted a couple of small jobs doing. Waterworx replied to my enquiry promptly and attended to quote. Due to old house wiring a Fixed Wire Test was advised and as I was having an EV Charger fitted in a few days, I desperately needed the testing done quickly. Waterworx accommodated this for me. We then booked the remedial works - huge job with armoured cable runs and two new consumer units including replacing the main one. I cannot explain how faultless and professional engineer Chris was. Helpful and knowledgeable, kept everything spotlessly clean, was on time and worked hard and cleaned down and tidied at the end of each day. Recently bereaved too and disabled and so what could’ve been a really difficult time was made that much calmer and pleasant by Chris’s understanding and professionalism, shared by Director Keith who arranged everything to work the was we needed it to. Very highly recommended.

Top-notch
After having Waterworx around to service my ailing boiler, we deemed it time to replace the 12 year old system.
Waterworx got me rapidly booked in for a replacement install two days later. The engineer arrived promply as scheduled and got to work. The replacement was quicker than estimated, and it was so painless for me. Of course, the heating and water had to be switched off for most of the job. Once finished and cleaned up, the nice engineer showed me all the controls and features before heading out.
A big thank you to the admin staff Ellie and Katie who were super helpful.

Broken toilet caused large leak
Our bathroom toilet became disconnected from its pipes this morning, on a Sunday, and we had water leaking everywhere right through to downstairs. Waterworx answered the phone straight away and had someone here just over one hour from when we called. They made sure pricing was clear upfront and the plumber was so friendly and knowledgeable. I am very grateful they could help us fix the problem.

amazing company!
they come and service my boiler every year, very professional, and lovely, very customer focussed, they also have come out on an emergency, and they fitted a boiler for me not too long ago, and im so happy with the service they provide to me as i can trust them to get the job done correctly as im an oap :) it's great to know that i have someone to rely on.

Gas cooker installation
I had a gas cooker put in by waterworx. The gas engineer, Keelan was prompt and on time to install it for me. He was very professional and clean cut on the service he provided for me. He provided a very efficient service and was very quick. The service they provided was excellent even to the customer service team they was very helpful when booking an appointment.
