Terrible customer service, slow delivery

I have two issues with this company:
1. The delivery time is claimed to be 3-5 days. I paid extra to have my order sent as quickly as possible, only to receive it after 10 days! It arrived too late so I had to buy the product elsewhere but when I asked for the return cost to be waived I was denied my request and told I still need to pay the Fr.8.- (plus the Fr.2.- for quick sending). So because of Watery's choice to use a slow delivery method I am paying Fr. 10 extra on a product I can no longer use.
Terrible customer service!! Unreliable delivery times!!

2. Customer reviews are asked for (with an incentive if you fill it out) directly following the order and before you can know if they deliver on their services. So the large number of good reviews come from people who haven't yet had a chance to see if the company is any good. I wonder how many other people regret leaving a good review!

Long Delivery…..Terrible Service+

I regret to make an order in this website. I ordered the goods on 16th September and it is 24th and they didnt arrive. I called the swiss post and they stated that the order has not arrived in Switzerland yet. Which means it is Wednesday and it will go first to customs and then to swiss post. In other words I will need to wait at least 5 days more. It was an urgent order. In the website it is written 3-5 days delivery. This is wrong. The delivery is around 2 weeks or more. Terrible terrible. I am so angry.

Just don't

As I can't reply to a reply, adding another review.
It took over 10 days to get my package (promised was in like 4 days max).
They keep on replying in German, although I write in English. Basically no problem, I just find it a bit weird.
Also only in the first communication with them called me "frustrated" even though at that point I was just wondering, when the package arrives.
I am waiting for my refund now and had to write them another e-mail before they actually send me the money back?!
Good point for not asking me about my account details, as I thought they will.
Clear "no" for this company from my side.

Got my package,all good just a little delayed

I had lack of dispatch information and got email saying that my package is lost, however I received my package in the following day. I think the problem is with their delivery team, booking items with wrong consignment type. My package was delivered as "letter" which is 1.1kg. Probably the delivery agent in the following country just gets stuck as it is not a letter, and it cannot be delivered as it has a consignment number.

Worst service ever. Scam?

Same experience as many others here.
1/ Package doesn't arrive
2/ Their own system tells me that it was never handed over to the shipping company and only the label printed
3/ After reaching out to them I get asked to wait for up to 30 days and then contact them again if I don't hear anything!! WTF
4/ To top it all off, I cannot get a refund until they figure out where my package is

So they make it all my problem. Never again. And I will report them to the credit card / bank as scammers.

Scammers

Scammers! Avoid! That’s it that’s all…
Cool website which makes you believe that company is Switzerland based. Promises Swiss Post delivery which might be true, after your package passes through numerous third party delivery companies. Credit Card or Klarna bank payments only and lack of PayPal (which can be disputed) should be a red flag enough.
Once your money leaves your account you’re relying on the company’s good will to deal with complaints and in case you want your purchase refunded, it will cost you 9 CHF per item to have it processed. Scam of a company.

This website appears to be a scam. I had the same experience as many other reviewers. The article was shipped from abroad (not Switzerland), was returned to sender, and never arrived. I'm trying now to get a refund and getting no responses. Fraudulent. I plan to make a report to my bank and to the police if the matter is not resolved soon.
