Delayed response & confusing language while solving technical issues

The automation inside whatsapp itself is a great tool for businesses. however one should remember that the service is provided to the busineses by various service providers like wati, etc. who have their own support teams and they do not reply quickly to solve the issues or queries & not at all convenient for MSME's. the support team uses heavy business jargon in their emails while replying to the queries. Many times the businesses have to wait for saturdays, sundays and public holidays to get over and the support team return from their corporate holidays to resolve any sudden issues that the businesses face while running a broadcasts for the the festival or holidays. the support team should consider the fact that not all businesses using the service understand the business jargons and it will be very convenient for the businesses to understand simple language while asking the details and resolving any issues in the service.

I have been using Wati for 2 years now

I have been using Wati for 2 years now. We have built and extensively integrated system with our LMS. We used to send reminder, track attendance, send wallet information, leave information, class joining links, and notes. The consumer reached out to us through Wati for any queries, and we automated 90% of the queries through their inbuilt workflows, and that helped us optmised out cost. With just 1 Customer Suppoer agent, we were able to server almost 1000 students, handling 100 of classes everyday, across 3 different time zone.

Wati is an amazingly powerful tool for any business.

We've been using Wati for our first-response sales service for a year, and it’s proven to be a valuable tool for automating customer interactions. If you frequently handle recurring service questions or need to prequalify leads, Wati simplifies the process. It’s intuitive and user-friendly for building chatbots, though broadcast and trigger settings can be tricky. The webhook integration with our CRM ensures seamless customer interactions. While the software works well most of the time, occasional glitches can occur, so it’s important to stay vigilant. Overall, Wati has significantly improved our customer support and saved time for our sales team.

We haven't had the need to interact with Wati's customer support team yet.

AWFUL

I have wasted so much time trying to get the account working. The email support has been non existent, they just keep replying with pointless emails that say nothing and waste more time. In over 2 weeks I have got no where and I'm now giving up. If you want an app that works and a support service that actually supports, do not use Wati. They are not fit for purpose

Not as good as their marketing

It's an easy to use interface as compared to others.

But lacks access to customer behavior data. In a way it's a false marketing when they claim leverage customer insights for running engaging campaigns.

We just don't know how our customers are behaving to bots

Easy to use

We use WATI for Whatsapp support and marketing. The UI is pretty easy to understand and use. I along with my team are able to handle the leads properly and do whatsapp marketing when required.

Kickstart your WA Business easily

Easiest way to get your WA business campaigns started. Wati provided easy plug and play to kickstart your campaigns with most needed integration in place (CRMs).

The onboarding took not more than 24 hours. And our first campaign was running within 48 hours.

The analytics however could be better. They can integrate AI to help correcting message templates especially to enable easy approval process.

Creating short basic bot automation is fairly easy l. However these bots can be very simple and complex functions are not possible.

The support team however can be far far better. Most times the queries are answered with links to DIY articles and videos, which is not helpful.

Analytics is okay for basic insights however the product could have much better functionality to combine analytics across campaigns, run comparative studies and A/B testing within the tool.
