Just don't use them, poor customer service and poor communication 👎

As a couple of first time buyers, we were understandably quite naive and daunted by the whole process of buying our first house. At our first viewing Nathan was amazing, he was very professional yet friendly, and gave us a really well-informed tour of the house as well as information about the local area. The team then set up a group WhatsApp which worked great, they answered any questions we had no matter what time of day. Dave in particular was also exceptional at picking up emails around the clock, and he really helped speed the process up. We didn’t expect much contact with the estate agents as the buyer, but we were so pleasantly surprised with all the help from the estate agents and would absolutely consider using Watkins in the future.

We used Watkins to sell our home this year (2021) and the whole process was made stress free, efficient and very friendly. Nathan kept in contact with us daily throughout the life cycle of the sale keeping us up to date with everything. We couldn't recommend Watkins estate agents quickly enough to family & friends and if we ever decide to sell/buy again in the future we'd never want to go anywhere else. Thank you both for your wonderful service.

Nathan is a true professional, from the moment we decided to sell our property, the video and pictures that he took of our home were of the highest quality and gave a true representation of the house for potential buyers.

We received an offer after the 3rd viewing and secured the deal we wanted within 9 days of putting the property on the market.

Nothing is too much trouble for Nathan, he was always available to chat and responded to messages within minutes.
