I recently had the pleasure of using Watling Radio Cars, a minicab firm located in Burnt Oak, just outside the station. I am thrilled to give them a well-deserved five-star rating as my experience with their service was nothing short of exceptional.

First and foremost, I must commend the outstanding customer service provided by the controller, Hussein. From the moment I made my booking, Hussein displayed professionalism, attentiveness, and efficiency. He ensured that all my requirements were met and promptly addressed any queries I had. His friendly and helpful demeanour made the entire booking process a breeze.

On the day of my journey, I had the pleasure of being driven by Driver 02. I was thoroughly impressed by their patience and professionalism. They displayed excellent driving skills, prioritizing my safety and comfort throughout the entire journey. Driver 02's punctuality and attentiveness were truly commendable, creating a stress-free and enjoyable ride.

I have no doubt that I will be utilizing their services again in the future.

I ordered a cab on Wednesday of this week to take me a short journey to see my elderly mother. Up until this time i had found Watling cars to be a reliable and good service. When i arrived at my destination i gave the driver a ten pound note to pay the six pound fare. The driver said he had no change so when i next ordered i cab could i give the driver the six pound to give to him. No problem. Today however i have just recieved an abusive call from a man who i assume is the owner shouting down the phone saying where's my drivers money. Don't make me get angry and swear at you. Which is very intimidating to a woman. I tried to explain that he had told me to give the six pound on my next journey but the owner continued shouting and being intimidating. I ended up telling him to tell the driver to come and collect the money from my home address and said if he continued to be threatening and abusive i would be calling the police. I would definitely NOT recommend this company especially to women.

Absolutely amazing service.!! Came to London from South Wales on Saturday. The taxi collected us from Premier Inn and dropped us to Wembley Park, the driver was super friendly and area knowledgable. He instructed us where to go after our gig to be able to get a return taxi. In all fairness the return was just as smooth as the drop off. Thanks so much for making a visit a very easy one.
