I have no complaint's with regards the service of my watt bike.
However I think £198.00 for 30 minute service is excessive.
Edward ( technician) phoned to let me know his schedule and he arrived on time. He was very thorough and changed all the necessary components. Very helpful to answer my questions. Hopefully set up for the next 2 years use.
Unfortunately the AtomX wattbike that I ordered has arrived with a touchscreen that doesn't work, so I can't actually use the bike. Currently engaged with the customer support team but still have a bike, at well over £2k, that I can't use and should have apparently been fully checked before being delivered. Really disappointed.

I'm delighted with it. A well built piece of kit. I use it with a Ruovy subscription and it's perfect. It was delivered with no problem and very easy to assemble.
I ordered my wattbike aTom and it was delayed from the advertised delivery window. On delivery the courier quite literally threw my bike into my hall way and walked off refusing to take it to a room of my choice. After raising this with Wattbike they returned an hour later and took it to its intended room.
Unfortunately the bikes shifter was defective and a replacement was sent. This also did not work and eventually with some pushing Wattbike agreed to send an engineer out.
It took a month to finally get the bike completely working. For what is billed as a premium product the delivery and support experience is far from that. At no point did anyone try and put it right or soften the disappointment. Their engineer who fixed the bike is currently the only saving grace.
Edward the engineer was fantastic, knowledgeable and fixed the problem with professionalism and ease. I’d be very happy to recommend him again. It’s a shame the rest of the business can’t take a leaf out of his book.
It truly is an incredible piece of equipment. There is a bit of a learning curve, but after that it provides an incredible workout. I took off one star only because of the Hub app, not the bike. It's a bit disorganized and not very intuitive to follow. I spent a lot of time on my own trying to figure out a workout plan apart from the app. It would be great if it guided you through instead of leaving that to you.

Wattbike were brilliant eventually…they did need the bike returned to gain an understanding of the fault and helping solve it. The diagnostic element can be improved given the electronic nature, this would enable better turnaround and fixing/replacing at home.
Had some issues with bike service but the team were fantastic in persevering with me / issues and getting it sorted in the end. Thanks Louise !!!
Took a while to arrange it, think they for got me, but the service was great, went above and beyond what they were supposed to do.

Great bike, love it, took a good though rides to get used to it. I only ride indoors these days, I had my old rusty exercise bike for many years it was noisy and did not give me the full riding experience that the watt bike offers. My wife wasn’t to happy but ha ho I love it.

From ordering to delivery everything was very professional, well informed about delivery times and tracking was perfect. My bike was extremely well packed and the instructions for assembly were spot on. My only gripe is there were coin batteries included but I couldn't find anything in the instructions about them and had to Google what they were for, apart from that im very happy with my buying experience and my new Watt bike Proton.

Smooth booking process on the website to book a service for Next Gen Atom, and paid the same price as in 2023. Had to wait a couple of months for a slot, but not a major issue. Good comms from the mechanic beforehand and on the day, and the bike is running really smoothly post-service.
