Edward was fantastic, he texted me the evening before the service with an ETA, updated me on the day keeping me informed. Once he arrived he was politely, friendly, asked me questions about my bike as well as explaining the service process.

I have had my Wattbike protons for 18 months and initially it was fine and worked very well. Over the last 3 months all I have had are problems as the shifters will not work. Wattbike sent some new components and after about 2 weeks these stopped working. I appreciate things can go wrong but having spent a lot of money on this bike it should work. You can never get hold of support or at least not easily and just get told to do the same thing every time. There appears to be no empathy within the company and I am now at the point of giving up and have a smart trainer that is far from smart. I do not recommend buying this bike which really has been a huge disappointment. Today I tried to call Wattbike and the phone lines are not open in the afternoon, great. I expect the same will happen next week and w hilts I can go out on my road bike and expect this one to work.
I paid for a service which cost £299 because I live in North Wales. Communication was non-existent regarding a date for the service. When I contacted you to find out what was happening I had an extremely terse email in response. The guy eventually came and left my bike with all the setting altered & he made no attempt to put them back to suit my age and weight & the original fault was not fixed.
Top service from Edward today sorting out my workhorse of a Wattbike, it’s like new again.

Took weeks for support to diagnose and suggest an engineer but the service itself was a dream. Bruce did a fantastic job and, like my FTP, the Atom is now back to its former self!

Had my Wattbike Atom since 2020 and it's the best bit of fitness kit I've ever bought. Really helps my fitness and I am better all round than ever despite the advancing years. Great to keep the activity up during winter as I get softer and less fond of wind and rain! What I had not realised up to know was the fantastic support the Wattbike team provide. I've just had major surgery and asked for a bit of advice on rehab with the Wattbike and the response I had was really detailed and comprehensive giving me lots of information on how to approach my return when I am able to. I look forward to getting back on the bike soon and building my fitness Well done Louise and Wattbike team

I've had my Wattbike Atom for almost 8 years now and just had it serviced for the second time. It had developed a couple of problems which I was worried could spell the end of its life but the engineer sorted them out as part of the service and it's as good as new again. Very happy 🙂

Recently had my watt bike serviced… quick efficient, and the bike is running really well again now.. the only thing is we have two bikes and no reduction in service costs for doing two at same premises… the pricing states part of cost is call out - if u are already here, surely the 2nd bike should cost less? Service guy was great… not his fault
