I had a Wattbike service and I thought…

I had a Wattbike service and I thought it was good value for money. Many parts replaced and the bike is running much better now.
The engineer was very efficient and pleasant.

Very happy with my WB service

Edward did a great job servicing my WB - his communication was excellent, he turned up when he said he would, he did exactly what I wanted him to, and the dog loved him.

I had issues with pedal fixing that needed some further work on and Louise and team sorted this very quickly abd professionally to get things working asap

Terrible Customer Service

After spending a considerable amount of money on a ‘high end product’ I’m afraid the customer service has been completely the opposite. After reporting an issue in November 2025, spending over £1000 on maintenance and parts, it is now March 2026 and my Wattbike is still not functioning correctly. At times, I have waited over 3 weeks to get a response from the Wattbike team. Having been a real advocate of the bikes for some time, I’m afraid my confidence in the company has been completely lost and I now wouldn’t recommend them. If/when my bike is fixed, I’m seriously considering selling it as I wouldn’t want to go through this process again

wattbike atom service

Had my wattbike atom since 2021. First time getting it serviced after a recent house move. booking was easy and got offered a visit within a few weeks.

Very happy with how thorough the process was and bike runs really smoothly now.

2 Months waiting for a service

Updated to 3 Stars :Since had a phone call from Customer service very polite Lady explaining the challenges etc and listened to my frustration

2 Months waiting for a service was the first response i got from the engineer when he sent me a message for 12th May: i messaged back to say do you mean March, , eventually got one planned in for 13th April even then that was a challenge too . I have had a few services from Wattbike in the past and have a PRO and A atom so was really disappointed of this service , but they are happy to take the money first, lets just hope this is a one off experience and other customers don't have to wait so long

Wattbike service feedback …

Booked a service because my Wattbike lost the ability to regulate the load. Edward the engineer called to set a date and called again on the day with an ETA which allowed me to get a walk with our dog. Edward then did a service, replaced some parts and the chain then tested everything before he left. Very pleased with service and definitely value for money.

Since purchasing I have had nothing but…

Since purchasing I have had nothing but issues with pairing the gears.When they do pair they unpair after a ride so in all this has been a dissapointing and expensive mistake.
