Excellent service from booking to maintenance.
Easy to book, maybe not the cheapest thing, but not too bad and I knew what it cost before booking.
Whilst not time specific at time of booking, I was updated on time attendance well in advance.
I got through to a person on the phone easily when I needed to.
Edward the service engineer, was prompt, efficient and friendly.
Cracking competent young engineer.
I was lucky as my machine was already in good condition, but the service still included swapping out the drive chain and batteries.
Would thoroughly recommend both the company and staff.

Great piece of kit, well made, excellent support as the bike was delivered. Very similar experience to gym bike. Very simple Watt Hub with wide range of free workouts, simulated rides and also sport specific training too. Haven’t got to pairing with third party apps yet, Zwift and others.

Bought a Wattbike Atom from Facebook marketplace and I wasn’t sure of the history of the bike, so thought it prudent to get a service done by Wattbike.
Booking the service was very easy via the website. Edward came out and did a thorough service and replacement of required parts. Via the log books and strip down, Edward was able to confirm the bike was in great condition and clean bill of health given.
All done within 45 mins, great service and back on the road.

What has happened to this company the service is diabolical, AI bots replying without any real assistance just trying to sell new products.
The phones are never answered and just hang up on you after a short period of waiting for assistance.
No wonder the company is making huge losses with this sort of service.
Come on put your loyal customer first instead of ignoring them .

Bought this as an alternative option to running and the rowing machine. I’ve used a Wattbike in the past so knew what to expect and so far it’s lived up to expectations.
Main benefits are that it’s low impact compared to running and unlike the rower other family members like using it.
The reason for only 4 stars is the delivery service. The courier (BJS Home Delivery) pushed back the first date and then turned up without it on the van. They finally delivered it nearly a week after that.

This was the first service for my 5 year old Gen 2 Atom which has given trouble free service. The online booking process was very straightforward and Edward the service engineer attended promptly as arranged.
Edward carried out the service efficiently, talked me through the process and replaced parts as necessary before giving the bike a short test ride. He was polite and helpful at all times. I can’t fault any aspect of the service and would highly recommend.

You told me my screen would be away 3 weeks, it was away 10 weeks. Before it went away it would display my PES, now it doesn’t, I won’t send it back to you though because I need this for the winter.
Staff not sure what he was picking up, neither was I as the customer. Still not had a reply from Wattbike Service team from this.
Clear information about delivery schedule. Delivered to room of choice - important because it takes two to get upstairs. Clear instructions. Bike working well...

Hi, I rarely write reviews but really felt I needed to on this occasion. I’ve had my current Wattbike AtomNG for almost five years and have always found their service, including after sales service, excellent.
I recently requested a home service for my Wattbike and had issues getting a date booked initially, this transpired to be as a result of an issue with their local service agent to my location; a maybe wrong but believe that they have since brought this service back in-house. Anyway, I contacted customer services as a result of the delay and they were brilliant, they arranged to collect my bike, service it at HQ and gave me a loan bike ( the new Atom25 I think it’s called). I’ve had my bike back now and it feels like new- an amazing job done and well worth the cost. When I spoke to the service team they were really friendly, made sure I was happy and looked after 👏👏👏👏👏- thank you.
