Memoria Waveney Crematorium & Memorial Park Reviews 

The Waveney Crematorium and Memorial Park is a lovely tranquil place. Inside, the building sets just the right tone. The ability to use the screens for a visual tribute is excellent, as is the possibility of using the wall above the catafalque for projecting an image.
One tiny criticism - in these difficult times when we are allowed only 30 mourners the building is ideal, but for most funerals I have been to it is far too small.

This is a lovely place, Unobtrusive staff. As good as it can be as circumstances are inevitably sad.
A little more time between services would be good though.

Very well laid out crematorium set in very pesceful pleasant surroundings

Me and my family was made to feel very welcome and comfortable under difficult circumstances the service that was provided was beautiful everything we ask for the setting and the surrounding beautiful and very peaceful

Everything was very good from beginning to end couldn’t recommend highly enough. All staff were lovely.

We had my step fathers funeral at Waveney Crematorium and everything we asked for had been taken care of. Everyone was respectful and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for making this time easier for us all.

The crematorium is nicely situated being out of town so no traffic or parking problems.
I was most impressed that they had thought to display a photograph of heather ( my Mother’s name) at the front entirely without any prompting

Has a nice feeling for a Crematorium with a relaxing memorial park.
Allowed 1 hour for each Creamation Service so do feel it's individual & not a production line.

We recently had a cremation at memoria Waveney crematorium for my mother the building and the grounds are superb very well maintained the staff are very helpful so when it was suggested by the funeral directors to have the service there what an excellent choice we made
I would certainly recommend Waveney crematorium to anyone who has sadly lost someone to make the day perfect
And well done for the high standards of service as this was carried out through the COVID-19 pandemic

I and my family were very impressed with the friendky helpful staff especially Lucy Hughes. The funeral service was well organised as were the interment of my husband ashes even Lucy giving the young children stars & hearts to put with the ashes. The memorial park is kept in excellent condition

Peaceful and calm. Large car park, very well kept grounds, air conditioned spacious interior, very friendly and helpful staff. Sadly this is the second funeral in three years that I have had to arrange and this venue has not let me or the mourners down on both occasions. My only one small comment is that it could be better signposted from the road links in the area. Thanks to all of you for your kindness shown.

It all went very smoothly thanks to the staff and Funeral Directors. The site is very convenient for us and nicely laid out.
