Excellent service, very professional, couldn't have done more, always available to answer our questions, also helping the family with the memorial garden.

Efficient and effective and sensitively managed

Excellent facilities, lovely staff that have made a sad situation as perfect as we could have hoped from beginning to end.

It was very organised and efficient and appeared very clean etc.

In normal times venue not large enough Chapel and Waiting area needs extending Waiting three times and Chapel double the capacity of mourners

The success of the service at Waveney was the invisibility of the running and organisation of the event, which meant we were able to grieve and remember on our own terms. Thank you for your low profile.

A beautiful service, conducted with the utmost reverence. Everyone was so lovely and reassured us all in these difficult times.

Very helpful. Lovely venue bright airy good facilities. Nice people. The only reason I never gave a 5 was because we paid for the live webcam but the screen didn't show the service just flowers . I thought the web cam wasn't in use and our funeral director went to check and it was on. The screen was to display a picture of the deceased but we didn't know that. It would be good if there was some sort of notification that the live webcam was I use.

I would recommend Waveney memorial it felt very calm and tranquil in a lovely setting
But I think it needs a waiting room.

I couldn’t have wished for better service for my 91 year old mum in this present situation. With only six family members left i felt very at ease with placing my mother on a low cost funeral. Memoria were first class at dignity and communication. I have used their premises in Countesthorpe Leicestershire for my late father five years ago when i actually took charge of the service myself . The premises are spotless and the choice of music is endless.Thank you to all of the great staff who work for Memoria.

Excellent service through such a sad time.

The very positive reaction we have is down to our Funeral Director. I didn't meet anyone or indeed see anyone from the crematorium during our visit so can only comment on the venue. Clean, neat and tidy. The on-line system that we used to stream the service to France worked well and was a modest fee. The location and design is far better than the old crematorium in Gorleston - which is such a bleak and worn out place. Difficult to say we enjoyed our experience, being so sad, but I'd certainly tell people how nice the place was if they asked.

We received all the help we needed in advance and arrangements worked very smoothly. Staff were gentle but efficient, the building and fittings serene and comfortable.

Lovely surroundings. Nice fill for a sad occasion.

It’s a nice touch to have photo’s shown on the TV screens and to have a picture on the wall above where the coffin sits.

Polite, helpful and efficient at all times and with all staff whether on the telephone or face to face.
All aspects of their customer service was excellent.
Having both parents pass away very closely together the Service offered was personal and well considered.
At no time were we rushed.
