A very professional and respectful environment and service.

Lovely grounds and couldn’t be more grateful for the service we received.

This venue is very bright and airy it held over 200 people for our service

Wonderful place, service and environment was perfect for my partner's funeral, lovely staff, clean and tidy and did not feel rushed to get in and out of place, at a sad and upsetting time the perfect place as so welcoming and calm, thank you for making a place were nothing is to much trouble at a time when I needed it.

The lady on the phone when I first enquired was clear with information and was so understanding and kind which is just what you need when going through this awful situation.
I was in formed by phone the day my dad's cremation would take place.
When I went to pick up my dad's ashes the lady was 5star couldn't believe how kind she was explained that my dad had been treated with the upmost respect. Really put my mind at ease.
Thank you so much for making a horrible situation run smoothly and being so so kind.

The system in place is so simple and easy to use that even when we was grieving it was sorted very quickly with no complication with the one phone call, so it made the whole process less daunting at the horrid time of losing our dear mum

Beautiful place. Everything went smoothly. Everyone polite and professional. Could not have been better. Just a bit chilly in the cold air and the wind blows under the panels when people are leaving the Crematorium and you are waiting to greet them, but that is down to the weather

Everything was 'seamless'. To be honest we barely noticed what the crematorium did; that is the mark of really efficient and professional service. The venue is clean, comfortable and peaceful and I enjoyed how everything was handled so much that I would definitely use this crematorium again and recommend to friends and family.

We held services for both my parents at Waveney Memorial and I can wholeheartedly recommend it. The crematorium was spotless and the surroundings beautiful.

When my father passed away in December 2016, much of the landscape had only just been planted and it was nice to see how much this has come on when we held the ceremony for my late mother 3 years later.

If you are looking for a beautiful setting in which to hold your memorial service, you would be hard pressed to find a more tranquil location setting than Waveney.

An incredibly tranquil and serene setting for a crematorium. Easy access, ample parking, lovely gardens and beautiful interior. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the webcast. We paid for the webcast so relatives from overseas could watch the service. We also paid for a visual tribute. But the webcast did not show the screens for the visual tribute which was a huge shame as a lot of thought went into the pictures for the visual tribute.

In conjunction with Rosedale Funeral Home, we could not have asked for better service on the occasion of my uncle’s cremation. The building is bright and modern and set in very peaceful grounds. The ‘one hour time slot’ meant we were in no way rushed and were able to include all we wanted in the service. All in all, a highly professional and caring organisation to conduct proceedings on what was always going to be a sad day. Thankyou from all our family.

Although it was such a sad day It was a lovely experience, very tastefully done. The staff were discreet but attentive. Thank you very much.

Lovely setting and we were very well looked after. The only downside and it’s only a small one is that the outside area where the family congregate after the service could be bigger especially in bad weather.
