After extensive research I decided to purchase a Wave Navigator kayak from Wavesupboards.com.
Communication with the company was excellent by both email and phone. Advice was friendly and immediate.
I had to pre order as the 1/2 person model had sold out.
It was well worth the wait.
The quality of the kayak was even better than expected.
Attention to detail is incredible.
Even the instruction booklet is clear, well designed and produced on good quality paper.
Construction materials are very tough and easy to clean and maintain. The design is practical and obviously based on thorough testing and wide experience of the activity.
All accessories are included in a well made carry case. Nothing else is needed to get you on the water.
It was important for me to have a kayak that easily converts from one to two people. The clever design makes this adjustment quick and easy.
I’ve owned a number of both rigid and inflatable kayaks, but not come across anything that can touch the Wave Navigator for quality and incredible value for money.
The whole experience reflects an enthusiastic company that really cares about its products and customer service.
I can thoroughly recommend the Wavesupboards team and their products without reservation.

I was having difficulty with my current paddleboard inflator so raised my issue with Wave SUP Boards.
After a few conversations back and forth Esther from Wave Sups was very helpful and very quickly came to a very reasonable solution which I am very happy with the outcome and over all very happy with the customer service I have received.

Bought a paddle board, delivery was quick to be fair but oh my god…the return process! I needed to send it back straight away, their return policy states it has to happen within 14 days of purchase. Sent it back within 4 days….at my cost. Their return address is unclear, send it to ‘this’ address even though you bought it from somewhere different and their HQ is another address and there correspondence emails are always sent from someone different with generated email responses.
1 month later and threatening credit card and small claims legal action I finally got a refund. If you know what you want I would say it’s an acceptable company to use but otherwise stay well clear as you won’t get any help when returning. Shame companies take this stance when people spend hard earned money on products and want a simple return process. Won’t use again.

After reading/watching many reviews I went for the wave Navigator directly from Wave website. The ordering process and updates regards the shipment (pre-order) was great and actually arrived before the estimated date. When the boat arrived and had the maiden trip, couldn't be happier with the quality, stability and accessories. A massive thanks to Sophie from customer services who was and still is excellent answering all of this newbie here questions promptly. These all together confirms that I have made the right choice!

The customer service from the team at Wave, with a particular shout out for Jess, Sophie and Antria who have spent a significant amount of time answering my many, many questions, has been phenomenal. If you are thinking of buying a paddleboard or kayak and want the reassurance that there will be a team on the end of an email, who will respond quickly, answer your questions fully and any issue dealt with promptly then I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

I had a great experience with Wave.
They sent my paddleboard out really fast and I was impressed with how it arrived. Unfortunately it did have a little fault on the board, but when I contacted them they dealt with it really fast and sent me out a new board straight away.
They respond very fast on email. I was very impressed with the whole experience

I bought a Wave Tourer paddleboard around two years ago and it has been fantastic. It is sturdy, stable, and still going strong after plenty of use.
The website looks great and really easy to use, and whenever I have had questions the customer service team have been quick to respond. I spoke with Esther, who was especially helpful and friendly. It is reassuring to know they stand behind their products.
I will definitely be buying more from Wave in the future. Highly recommend them.

Things don't always go perfectly which is why customer service is so important.
Sophie and the customer service team have been helpful, quick to respond and focused on a positive resolution.
As for the products, the board is amazing to ride but the paddle, pump and bag haven't been great. I'm looking forward to getting the carbon pro paddle and I'll buy a different pump. Perhap Wave could do more to upsell the bundles.

Loved the cruise 11.6 ft board, very glad I took the advice from a friend about board quality. Being 18 stone the board handles my weight very well, even managed to have my daughter on at same time (8 stone)

Excellent boards. We now have three of them in the family - brilliant value, good stable and hardy boards that have given us hours of entertainment as both a children’s “make shift” diving board and as paddle boards. Customer service has remained excellent throughout the years - responsive in their delivery and when addressing customer queries. I would have no hesitation in using wave (we are colour matching the set of boards now ;0).
