The products are nice but the order was…

The products are nice but the order was delayed and no response from a chase email, I wouldn’t have minded the delay if someone had replied to me but I didn’t receive anything back. I’ve ordered before and no issues but this has put me off ordering again.

hi i was absent for a few days as explained for personal reasons as soon as i returned i picked up your email and resent your order that day as it was 2 thank you boxes because i thought it might be teachers gifts and as royal mail hadnt delivered the first lot sent but in the rush totally forgot to answer x i have emailed since explaining this but never received a response

i was contacted by this customer on the 9th June to let me know her order she put through on the 29th hadnt arrived at 13.09 . i answered her at 15.14 explaining i had sent her order on the 1st June and it was down to royal mail it hadnt arrived but i offered to resend it and add extras . i find it very upsetting that in between those 2 hours she decided to leave me a 1 star review without waiting for a response . I had less than 2 hours to respond which is unfair I always respond and try to accommodate by adding extras if i have to resend through no fault of my own

im sorry you felt the need to leave a 1 star that seems a bit harsh as you havent received your order yet or contacted me , you ordered on the 20th and your order was shipped on the 23rd i had no idea royal mail still hadnt delivered until this review , things get delayed with royal mail through no fault of my own and i always offer to resend items when im told i have already emailed you now stating i will resend it 1st class tracked as i always do when customers message me first with any issues

Are you working

No one has replied to my request to send goods after Christmas. I am assuming they are closed for a fortnight!
I really want the melts but am considering requesting a refund soon.

hi i am sorry you feel you need to give us a 1 star i have checked my orders and all correspondence and have nothing connected to your name, but did have an order on the 15th with the same surname and not sure if this is yours as i do not have your order number? If you could advise of your order details to me either on my phone, 07925800452, or by email waxysinfo@gmail.com then i can resolve this issue. In reference to the order with the same surname, i can confirm that this was ordered on the 15th December, dispatched on the 18th and delivered on the 19th, so if you could advise we can get this sorted for you , also we only closed from the 24th until the 28th so are now trading again

10 days had passed and my order had not been confirmed as despatched as my confirmation email suggested it would be. My email chasing an update bounced back. It seems from the sellers reply that my order had in fact been despatched and has seemingly been lost by Royal Mail and so a full refund is being processed. In the interest of fairness I have increased my review star rating because of the prompt response from the seller explaining what has occurred. Had I received an email confirming when my order had been despatched as promised, I would have tried to find an alternative way of communication but I just kept receiving prompts to leave a review on Trust Pilot of my experience (so I did!) As I have bought from Waxys before, in person, in Exmouth I know that the products are usually good so moving forwards I won't be ordering online again but instead will continue to make the visit to Exmouth.

The best wax melts!

Myself and my family travel down to Exeter every year, and we came across Waxys stall inside the market, ever since we have never found wax melts that come close to the ones at Waxys back at home. I recently rediscovered Waxys through Instagram and made an order and it definitely did not disappoint! The lovely lady I have been speaking too in the background when making my order was so helpful and I couldn’t have wished for a better experience! The packaging is definitely something that catches my eye and has the very best presentation I have ever seen, you can really tell so much time and effort goes into every little detail. The wax melts scents are endless and are amazing and last hours on end! The price point for the wax melts, the mixed boxes and the loyalty scheme is brilliant and is something everyone can benefit from! Such an amazing business and deserves so much credit ❤️
