Had a bad experience with the delivery person wrecking the parcel in turn damaged the goods but wayfair was excellent in offering replacement or 30%off ! Would use wayfair again and was very pleased with the bed frame !

Excellent service, my table and chairs arrived in no time at all. Very well packaged and easy to assemble with clear instructions.
Also, they look exactly as described and as picture online.

AVOID
I tried to order a cot bed, mattress, and mattress protector using a gift card and paying the remaining balance on Klarna. The order was never sent out after waiting over two weeks. I got in contact with them, and supposedly I owe an outstanding balance of £250. Instead of it taking the £250 gift card, it just added it to my account balance. Supposedly, there was a "system glitch" which meant the gift card bounced back. I tried for over an hour with a customer service rep on WhatsApp to get this sorted, repeatedly being told how to pay the remaining balance, but it wasn't possible due to it being a gift card. So they cancelled my order.
This is the second time I've had an issue with Wayfair; at least the first time, I was given a discount code as an apology, but because I used it on this now cancelled order, I can't use it for the new one I need to make. Apparently they can't issue me another code because I've already had one - not that I was able to use it! Oh, and now the mattress is out of stock. Absolutely ridiculous. 8 months pregnant and dealing with this rubbish!!

Stylish bar and stools
Ordered a bar and bar stools. Good communication from order to delivery and goods received quickly. Well packaged and instructions were easy to follow. Quality of products excellent.
The only negative was that the bar was further discounted after I’d purchased so I missed out on a bargain.
