Super quality bed

Super quality bed, loads of storage. Building it was an enjoyable challenge. The instructions were spot on, but take your time to read all the detail and stick to the script.

Shed.

After my episode of not expecting delivery till next Friday low and behold it turned up today as planned i take back negative response,and would like to say thanks for delivery today, but I would say a bit more communicating with couriers so we don't get the misunderstanding we had today.

Brilliant ‘open box’ purchase

I bought a wine fridge from Wayfair and I was delighted that it arrived the next day. I took the chance on one of the ‘open box’ prices, and I’m glad I did. The fridge was in immaculate condition with a tiniest dent on the back (4 mm), as it is an under the counter fridge that doesn’t matter at all and it was a third of the original price.

Very horrible experience with them

Very horrible experience with them, don't buy from them. I ordered an item which came after days of waiting and qhen it arrived it they messed up my order which I raised a complaint with the customer services that lies. I sent photos of the messed up items that they mixed up my items and its incomplete which they said they will send another for replacement which they did after also waiting for couple of days and when it arrived, it was totally a diffrent order and when I asked for a rteun and refund they gave me a fake Evri label and told me someone would come pick the 6 heavy boxes which nobody showed up. I complained and what they said is i should keep the incomplete items or donate incomplete items to charity not looking at how hassle it would be for me.

Well worth the slightly longer wait

Apart from the delivery Company letting me think that they were going to deliver on a Saturday, and me unable to leave home to shop, they did come on the Tuesday. However, the rug was well worth the wait. It suits my living room so well, the size and the colours are perfect, and it has a good pile. So far, it hasn't slipped at all. My husband and I love it.
After the non delivery on Saturday, I contacted your AI help desk, which I found to be helpful and informative, giving me a new delivery date. I was surprised when they arrived a day earlier.
